DO NOT purchase giftcards from Sephora! Long story short I was gifted $250 from my mom for my bday, I tried using the GC in store and it was coming up invalid. After several calls to customer service, a chain of email between myself a store manager & customer relations reps I'm left with zero answers and no help. Sephora took my mom's money and something happened rendering that giftcard invalid, and Sephora has no interest in getting to the bottom of this issue.

I felt racially discriminated against at this store. I’m allergic to certain ingredients therefore I have to test out some products as well as some makeups before I purchase the full size product. I asked one of the guys I saw on the floor to give me samples of 6 products and he said okay, he took them to the counter. When I made it to the counter with my item I was purchasing the person of short stature (little person) looked at me up and down and said you can only get 3 samples. I looked at her and said ummmm…okay. I called Sephora today and spoke with customer service and they told me there’s really no limit on samples you can get. If people only knew how it feels to be discriminated against because your appearance they wouldn’t do it again or I hope they wouldn’t. It really makes your soul sad! People come into Sephora for happy experiences because most people come in to find things that’ll make them look good or smell good…etc then you come across someone like her and she makes you feel less than. I hope someone views this comment and I hope they make the proper adjustments. No one in this day and age should be racially discriminated against!

DO NOT place your pick up order for this location. It says it will take 2 hours, it takes a full day. When I went to the store, a super rude associate said they had 50 orders and there’s nothing they can do to help you get your order faster. Definitely go to another Sephora, this one is filled with lackluster associates with bad energy.

I love Sephora there so much kids the kids are so nice even though they might be a little baddie but who cares you’re so nice they actually care for this kid and like it’s just good to have kids Sephora. It helps up please get buddy and everybody else get ready because they’re literally Peggy pops to do it and it’s just so much better because so much people get to go And everybody loves Sephora so I cannot go without my dad because he always pay me everything and yeah so should always go to Sephora. It’s really good place, especially for a 10-year-old.

I just had my first Perk facial and it was so easy! The appointment started on time and Estefany was professional and friendly. She even walked me out after and suggested I return next month. More men should try this out - it's simple, affordable, and quick! Thank you again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a very unpleasant interaction with the manager (Alex) as I was trying to shop in-store today. The item that wanted wasn't available on display so I opened the drawer beneath and the color I wanted was right on top so I wanted to grab it and proceed to the register when the manager (Alex) loudly scolded me in front of the customers she was helping, saying you can't go through the drawer" mind you the item was sitting right on top of the drawer. She proceeded to helping her customers so I placed the item back in the drawer, walked to grab a makeup wipe to remove the swatch, and left the store. I will not give my business to an establishment that lacks the basics of customer service. Train your staff to treat customers with respect and integrity.

I don't understand why they never answer there phone . I called 3 days in a row to see if they had a pallet I wanted but each time I had to drive to the mall just to find out the item was not there yet. I hope this reaches Corprate

Laura and July were incredible Helpful. July helped me getting a bunch of products I needed. Just disappointed they ran out of samples when online I would have gotten at least 5 samples of my choice for the total paid (among the ones they offer). The blond cashier didn't try to give a solution and was kind of rude, i asked one of the ladies at the exit and she kindly offered to prepare a sample of any squeezable i wanted to try. I will order my staples through the app and when trying new product I'll purchase them at the store.

Bought a product on 8/11/23 and rushed over to return for a full refund 9/11/23. Product was completely unused and store manager did not refund and instead gave me a store credit, which I do not want or need. Because August had 31 days! People are out here doing smash and grabs and Sephora can’t refund my money for a completely unused product because it’s been 31 days?? This is why I absolutely do not like shopping at Sephora. Please save your time and stick to Nordstrom and/or Ulta.

I have made purchases in this amazing cosmetics store several times, my God they have ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, I am shocked with delight, I always find what I need there and the employees of this store help me a lot with this, the service is at the highest level, the staff is always accurate knows where everything is and finds it for me without mistake, very polite, very friendly, super nice, in general, I leave this cosmetics store absolutely delighted, five stars and my recommendations, you are all super
