Very patient Lady working at counter inside on Friday. I think she was training someone while also very attentive to me when I was confused about car wash. Don’t know her name but she was very good at job.

I'm so tired of gas stations who are not interested in taking care of good customers so we stopped to fill up our car which was probably only 25 or 30 gallons so it wasn't like it was going to be a big sale but also was going to get a car wash. but they told my wife there was no restroom. Luckily I had not started pumping yet and was able to cancel and didn't have to pay for the car wash either. so we do it down the street to a different station...

I paid for a drive through car wash that did not work. I went in the station to explained what happened, and this so called older manager person would not help or refund my money. He’s stating it’s not their problem and I should contact the number outside which I did not see nor find. This guy should be fired on the spot for his incompetence and unprofessional behavior!! No apology, no help, no NOTHING!!

TLDR:DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE.Not going to bother with my story. Save yourself some time and the chance of getting fraudulent charges. Just received an ad for this gas station in the mail, looks like yall realize you need customers after all.

I have been going to this station for years and have never had a complaint until today. Apparently they were bought out as the gal said "by a corporation". isn't Shell a corporation? I have been using their drive through car wash forever and they have a punch card. Get a certain amount of washes and then get one free. I went in today to get my free car wash and the somewhat rude gal said they don't take them anymore. I can see not giving out the punch cards anymore but they should at least honor the ones that people still have. Wouldn't be that big a deal. I will not be going to that station for gas or car washes anymore. If they can't do the right thing, I will give my business to someone else!!!! SO annoyed!!!! I will also be telling all my friends (and I have a lot of friends) who go there what happened and I can promise they will be going somewhere else too! Is giving a few free car washes worth losing that much business??

I love going to Shell as they are nationwide. They have a very nice car wash accessible. Plus, they have a user-friendly app to give price alerts and savings on gas prices. Everyone loves savings on gas prices!!!

To get the posted gas price, you need to get a Carwash. As of the last month or so, the machine is now run by something called "REBEL car wash" and it almost made my car dirtier if that's possible. I don't know if they're cutting back on water usage or the amount of soap, but my windows have been hard to see out of all week. Have used this carwash for years and it never produced such awful results.

I have been refueling here for about four years. I have an excel spreadsheet to control the gas mileage and Miles/Dollar every time I refuel.In the first week of November it came to 21.5 and 21.7 MPG (when I paid $5.7/G) when I refueled here.! I switched to another brand (and paid $6/G) and it came to 26 to 28 again.! It means the real price of Shell gas here must be $4.8/G, if it does not damage the engine because of the low quality.!Everyone is worried about their faces, watch their hands in your pocket.!
