One of the rudest, most unprofessional attendants named Pam working there. I’ve had several encounters at the same place with her. Expect for her to scream at you because she hates her job
and is extremely miserable. Every time I’ve had an encounter with her, she is never on the register, makes everyone wait - every time. God forbid if you decide to knock on the window, she will come out, screaming to the top of her lungs telling you “not to ever knock again”. We love this gas station and have been coming here for years, but this is not okay. Since she’s been here it hasn’t been the same. This wasn’t the first time either. Someone from the higher ups REALLY needs to take care of the situation. She gives a very bad look to Sherman Oaks, California.

Do not come here for the lotto! Went yesterday gave the asian lady a $10 bill with slips filled of $6 of powerball and $1 super lotto and got a $3 scratcher totaling up to $10 once she handed me everything I checked the stuff in my car & noticed she did not hand me my powerball but still gave me $1 back? Went up to her and asked what gives she says she doesn't have any idea mind you this was literally a second after I grabbed the stuff. I don't like to argue so i just left it at that so she either printed the ticket and stayed with it and stole $5 from me but I have reason to believe there is something sketchy going on with this gas station with the lotto since she had a daily 3 ticket in hand after I came back, CA lottery website states its a lucky retailer so are the owners the ones playing and robbing winners for their own benefit?

Jul 22nd, 2023 ??????????I always fuel here even though it’s slightly more expensive than at other gas stations in the area. I may guarantee to the owner/management TODAY WAS THE LAST TIME!!!Due to their ARROGANT employee’s ignorance and rude behavior.His van was blocking the path (was actually parked inappropriately) and he was in the driver seat (the engine was running). I came out of my car and politely asked him to move. He has refused, telling me I had to wait. Two cars were waiting behind me to leave and it created a mess cause it was busy. More cars arrived and had to wait until the car on my left was done fueling and left which cleared my path. At that same moment this employee decided to move and it looked liked he was trying to block me again. No any idea why he was acting so unprofessional and rude.

This shell has the best gas prices out of all gas stations within a 5 mile radius. I do not know why people go to the stations a few streets down and pay around .20 cents more per gal!

I do not trust the accuracy of their pumps.I track my fuel usage pretty closely. On topping off there the meter said the pump dispensed 9.506 gallons into a car with more than 1/2 tank and a total capacity of 11.9 gallons.I will not go there any more. There are plenty of other places to buy gas very near to this station.

The best reason to use this crowded gas station is if you have Ralph's gas rewards points.Every dollar you spend at Ralph's gives you a gas point, and 100 points gives you 10 cents off a gallon of gas. Just by shopping for groceries like a normal human, you can easily amass enough points to save 40-50 cents per gallon--and that adds up.You must have a Ralph's reward card. That's free. I never carry those cards around, so really all they want is your phone number (and they never call or text or annoy you so it's OK).Ralphs.com or your Ralphs app will show you how many points you have.When you get there, press the button for Rewards/Ralphs and your phone number and it will automatically apply the discount.

Lets Keep it real, Lets get after it! The prices are good on there gasoline, however the windows on the pump are so scratched so your unable to read the pump! You cant see how may gallons your putting in the total price etc. The owner has done nothing about this in over a years time! When you give your credit card number to the window and try to communicate with them there English is very poor, they dont understand you, and you have trouble understanding them when they speak! Thats just plain poor management!! I think they are of Korean decent, to include the owner Im not certain. JR.

Go to another Shell location if you can instead.

The big stalky Asian woman with glasses that works during the day doesn't like white people she cursed out my friend and called him a honky. I will never support a business like this ever. Find new and decent people to work for your business. Not low class refugees from other countries other than America. She has a very bad attitude and very bad customer service very unprofessional find another she'll station worth going to.

This gas station, while not the easiest to get in and out of, has the lowest prices this side of the valley (branded gas). Use your Ralph's points & save even more! There is no convenience store, and you pay at the window, but I'll take it to save a few dollars these days! Besides, you can grab an In-N-Out across the street when you are finished pumping!
