Terrible gas station. Guy was too busy on his phone to take my money. The pump wouldn’t take card so I paid $100 cash, then the pump didn’t work, had to pull his attention from scrolling on his phone again. He said ok go, still didn’t work. Told him to move me to a different pump, on different pump he only credited me $93 and it was apparently out of 91. Went back again same story where his phone was more important so I asked for my money back and went across the street.

Even though i got 40 dollars gasoline and coffee snacks, they charged for “air” 1,5 dollars.

No bathrooms, expensive gas and unfriendly service. Similar to the Chevron across the street. What’s not to dislike?

They won't let you use the bathroom unless you buy gas. When you do buy gas and are allowed inside the restroom it's absolutely disgusting with feces all over. Also some sort of weird camera lock in the bathroom. Gross. Cashier is a jerk. Use the Whole Foods bathroom across the street.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst gas station I've ever visited hands down. The the little angry man that was working the cash register was an extremely rude and disrespectful individual who needs to be removed immediately. This location was also very poorly kept and smelled awful. Do not visit. Shell needs to do better!

Prices on the products are being changed at the register. And not getting adjusted even if the product tag mark cheaper price then what this roof guy said. On top of that the place look and small bad.

The rewards card didn’t work for the third time I went here. I decided to go inside and the clerk was very resistant in assisting me. We tried two other methods and when I threatened calling police for fraud he became irate. I wished I recorded it. Next time. Oh! BTW the rewards suddenly worked.

Went in to the grocery shop with my kids to get an ice cream, price said $1.50 each. At the register is $8 for 2I ask why it's state $1.50 each and you tell me $4 each. He came to the refrigerator to take a look , saw it in his eyes and still said in a rood way this is the cost. With 2 kids that's really want the ice cream they have chosen I couldn't leave unless I bought it for them. It's not about the money it's much more about the service and experience.

I pumped $116 worth of gas on my work vehicle, I walked inside the station to ask the rep if he could turn on the compressor. He refuses and states it cost a dollar. I tell him I just spent $116 on gas and says that was purchased an hour ago, I ask for a receipt, he ask to see the card I used which is a fleet/element card and I don't know which bank they use. He tells me he can't give me the receipt because I did not buy gas. Air and water compressor are required by law and should be available at no cost. I come here at least twice a month and so do some of our other fleet vehicles. Last time our vehicles will be seen us here and all for $1

The person I was with had a bathroom emergency. The sign said customers only so we were going to buy gum and get gas there but the attendant said we can't use the bathroom. How rude. They should take down the bathroom sign alltogether if they're just not going to let anyone use it.
