“Pretty calm location however lots of the retail and restaurant places are closed. There is the Cheesecake Factory and a Chinese restaurant and pizza place and Ben and Jerry’s, however other locations that where restaurants are closed also there are not much shopping places. There is a cosmetology school and a spa and dentist office. It looks like businesses have offices there such as security guard businesses and a college has its campus there too.”
“Very helpful staff but rather limited inventory! The one in Pasadena has a larger selection. This store is located on the second floor of Westfield shopping mall.”

“This is a great mall but security has to be better because there was someone in the food court area today going up to diners asking for money or to have a meal purchased so she does not have to return to her domestic violence situation. Several people gave her money and then she left the food court without purchasing food. Here are pictures of her leaving the food court right after I witnessed 3 diners giving her money. I have been coming to this mall since it was an open-air mall in 1977, when the food court area was I-Magnin, Macy's was Bullock's, and Bloomingdale's was Broadway, and this has never occurred. Please strengthen your security as we are coming here to enjoy ourselves and this takes away from our experience. We want to preserve our amazing community. Thank you!”
