I love this store. They have the best and most incredible selection of chocolate :) and English products. Jean “ the sweet lady who works there” introduced me to the best bacon in the world, ever since I buy it by the bulk from them lol . I always look forward to visiting this treasure filled small. Special thanks to jean for making every visit special.

I love this shop and the pub next door. I find many British items that I can't find elsewhere in the valley and really don't want to go all the way to Santa Monica to get. Their meat pies and Shepherds pies are terrific.

Unimpressed with the shop lady's sour attitude. She was perfectly cheery with an unmasked customer. She was salty as hell to me, possibly because I chose to wear a mask for my own health issues. I remained polite but really didn't want to. I'd rather give my business to someone else.

This place was ostensibly closed a few minutes early, but as I made a special trip, they opened especially for me. I was able to purchase Irish and British items I found very difficult to find or to have them shipped, particularly in the pandemic period. Surprisingly, the prices were great. Having brought the items home (frozen), I cooked them and could not have been happier.

It's a unique shop with goods from England. There's not many stores that carry the items this store does.

Shop is never open at 10am when I go there. Usually open by 1015. Bear that in mind when visiting. Shelves are fairly sparsely stocked. I suggest calling ahead to check that they have what you're looking for before going. Long way to Santa Monica but the King's Head shop has more stuff.
