The groom room is the best!!! Our Chihuahua loves coming here, which is saying something because he literally hates everyone. Everyone who works here is so incredibly kind and they do such a good job. Booking appointments is so easy, and the customer service is great. Thank you groom room for taking care of our son!

Josh and everyone at Groom Room take such good care of our 75 lb mix breed pup Lola. She has been going there since 2020 and can't wait to visit every time we go. They always make sure to note if there's anything specific she needs every visit and pay close attention to detail. She has environmental allergies and consequently has sensitive paws and ear issues on and off and they alway respect any requests and take great care to make sure she's comfortable. Lola always comes home looking and smelling great and very happy! I could not recommend this place enough.Retry

My experience at this grooming place was beyond frustrating. Mike, the person I entrusted with my specific instructions, didn't listen at all. I specifically said my dog is matted, but to only take off half today and the rest would have to be done another time. Instead, Jasmine ended up being the one who shaved my dog, completely disregarding my wishes and never even called to ask my permission. The owner wasn’t there, but in the past he has always done a great job grooming my dog. Mike and Jasmine should be fired. They refused to even out my dog, and refused to do their jobs. This entire situation was a total nightmare, from start to finish, and I would strongly advise against using their services. (2nd photo shows original hair length).

We LOVE The Groom Room! I found this place for myself and my dog walking client at a street fair where the owner confidently told me that he would be cheaper and better quality than the groomer I was using at the time. We decided to give them a shot and we have never looked back! We average about $10 less per service than our former grooming place and the pups always come out smelling fresh and looking healthy! My one client who I bring here is very sensitive about his nails and ears and the groomers are always able to take care of him :)

Great spot to send your pet for a day of spoiling at the spa. Great pricing, and you won't find a more friendly, caring, and trustworthy owner like Josh. Mike, the store manager, and his team are truly special and very skilled at what they do. Highly recommend this groomer!

LOVE this place! They did such a good job on my Goldendoodle Basil. From making her feel comfortable to giving her a good scrub and trim. Staff is super friendly and professional. Could not recommend this place enough!

I've been meaning to write this for AGES!! I was first introduced to Josh and The Groom Room nearly 1.5 years ago by my Sitter. Josh and his team do an amazing job with my 7-y/o, 27lb cockapoo rescue.

Took my dog here multiple times. It felt decent even tho its really smelly. The last time I picked my dog up they didn't realize I was in there and I heard the employee in the back scream profanities and being aggressive with the dog. When the owner notice I was there he yelled back shut the f*** up we have customers here.It gave me the impression that the dogs are not being treated with care behind closed doors. I would never go back here.

I took my 10-month-old Husky, Coco, to the Groom Room for her first ever grooming, and I am THRILLED with the results. When I came to pick her up, coco was super excited and happy, did not seem traumatized at all! For this to be her first time, I was amazed at how happy she seemed. I unfortunately forgot the man's name who did the grooming, but he was super sweet and you could hear him audibly soothing and calming Coco as he worked. He did a GREAT job with her grooming as well.Also, scheduling an appointment was super easy with a phone call, and the prices are extremely fair! I was nervous to send Coco off for her first grooming, but the Groom Room more than exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be returning when it's time for Coco to be groomed again!I would heavily recommend the Groom Room to anyone!
