Called today to ask for help after shipping a package with them and they were unresponsive for hours, till finely they answered and the guy just told me to hold on and left me on the phone waiting for 22 min and he never came back the phone got disconnected. Now I’m trying to call him and he doesn’t pick up ! This place is a joke ! Do not do your business here go elsewhere!!!

Apparently a pre paid label isn't pre paid and it cost the same as a pack of paper to print a single label. Ouch

Worth experience, the store manager is very rude and didn’t accept my package because of couple of dent in carbon card. Not a first time I am having problem with this store. Worth experience in this store.

This is my to-go spot for UPS, passport photos, shredding, stamps, etc. The owner is very nice and the staff is efficient. Prices are good. I am so glad I no longer have to go to Postal Annex, which is 2 blocks away.

Great UPS Store! The best purchase I made was getting a mailbox for all my mail and packages. Now I have peace of mind knowing that everything I order will be delivered to my mailbox safely and not stolen.instead of having them delivered at home. The staff is really great. And I really like this place.
