I came in the other day to do a notary and Fayyaz was very helpful in making sure he reviewed all the documents and answering my questions. I really valued the time he took with me on my notary and even saved me from spending additional dollars on notaries on pages that I didn't need to get.

I cannot express how utterly disappointed I am with the abysmal customer service at this UPS store. They do not even deserve the one star i am forced to give just to post this review. The staff's lack of basic human decency is utterly astounding. Upon entering the store to ship a package, I simply inquired about the appropriate box size for my item. Instead of receiving a courteous response, I was treated with disdain and disrespect. When I innocently peeked into the back to assess the size the employee was fetching, I was met with a downright appalling attitude from another worker, who rudely informed me that I was not allowed to enter the back. This level of condescension and mistreatment is absolutely unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, not as if they are unwelcome intruders. It is truly disheartening to encounter such deplorable behavior from a business that should prioritize professionalism and customer care. I strongly advise anyone seeking reliable and respectful service to steer clear of this particular UPS store. They have proven themselves to be utterly unworthy of patronage. To add insult to injury, the owner of this particular UPS store was present during this deplorable incident and shockingly did nothing to address his employees' disgusting behavior. When I looked at him and voiced my dismay at the treatment I received, his response made it abundantly clear that they are all individuals with a penchant for treating others worse than their cold hearts. This utter lack of accountability and empathy from the store's leadership only serves to underscore the toxic culture that permeates this establishment. It is abundantly clear that the reprehensible behavior exhibited by the staff is not only condoned but also cultivated by those in charge. I implore anyone in search of respectful, professional service to take their business elsewhere. This UPS store has proven itself to be a breeding ground for disrespect and disdain, and no customer should be subjected to such contemptuous treatment.-**UPDATE 02/01/2024, To in reference their childish & cowardous reply**Thank you for your attempt to address my concerns. However, your response falls short of acknowledging the fundamental issues that marred my experience at your establishment.Let's be clear – I did not breach any safety protocols by peeking over the counter. I sought assistance and merely wanted to assess the size of the box your employee was fetching. The aggressive and condescending attitude I encountered in response was entirely unwarranted.I find it both sad and unprofessional that, instead of addressing the matter when it occurred, your response comes as an attempt to salvage your image after the fact. It is particularly disappointing that the owner, who was present during this debacle, failed to display any semblance of leadership or accountability.Your narrative conveniently omits the fact that I was met with hostility and, contrary to your assertion, did not resort to foul language. Very impressed how will run this UPS store is with such courteous, efficient and knowledgeable employees.Even though there was a line it moved very quickly. Ali, was quick to greet me and handled my various UPS needs in record time.Thank you Ali, if you’re not already the manager, you should be.

I run a business and ship with this location daily. Out of all the UPS stores around the valley, this is by far the most professional, courteous and respectful of them all. The counter is always fully staffed, they always have a sense of urgency and never keep you waiting. This UPS is a very smooth running business and the staff is always friendly and personable. I trust them with all my business and personal mail. For those of you complaining about parking, have you lived in LA? And for those of you complaining about rude staff, have you looked in the mirror to see what they have to deal with? These people are incredibly kind and have exceptional customer service, especially considering all the crazy people they have to deal with everyday. Keep up the great work Otto, Liz and Fam! Literally the rudest person ever - I'm 39 weeks pregnant and they wouldn't let me wait on the counter at 100 degree heat because "what if someone might come in". He insisted I wait behind the line sign and said I'm sorry you can't read. I've never had anyone be so rude to me in my life besides the fact that I'm pregnant. I guess that's why you work at UPS.
