Doesn’t answer their phone nor do they take care of customer concerns when their ATM eats cash deposits where they are provided a receipt! Zero follow-up! Unacceptable!

I love us bank, but this particular location is horrible.The ATM machine works half the time or they are closed when they're supposed to be open, and or they don't have cash when needed.

Local in-store branch US Bank with ATM just passed the Lottery, Coinstar and animal plush crane drop machines.Open 6 days a week, including Saturdays until 4pm... Pre-pandemic in-store branches were open on Sundays as well, but with mobile banking and even atm features improving every year there's definitely not as much of an urgency for in-person bank services, however this branch is definitely there to help.Some of my favorite tellers in Los Angeles, very personable, efficient and friendly and willing to help.This location is inside the Ralph's on Van Nuys & Burbank Blvd just before the pharmacy. The line, if any usually forms along the isle land for either a tell or the ATM.

Excellent little baby Branch!ATM usually always works. Also, teller open til 4pm on Saturdays!I highly recommend this place.

It said online this branch is open. It is temporarily closed for emergency. This is the second branch I went to today. Ugh.

Unfortunately, this comes as no surprise. This location is extremely lethargic. Mike Tumikyan refused to turn in my ten dollar bill. U.S. Treasury rules state the bank must accept bills if more than 50% of the bill is intact and the serial number is intact. As you can see both are, he was just lazy because he didn't want to fill out the paperwork. Then they sent a man to follow me to my car, and as I shut my door he continually banged on my window, yelling at me to open my door. I refused, and drove off for my safety. You do not conduct yourself like this as a bank representative, what is your problem? Endangering people because you refuse to do your job, having clients followed to their cars, what is this? You tell your clients there is no manager present on premises and then when I call you pretend to be the manager, who acts this way? Someone who knows they are acting in error, and has to cover up for what they are doing at work, that's who. That's fine, the Federal Bank Commission is now aware of your activities at your branch. Ralph's has also pulled the video footage and has become aware of what you are doing. I really urge all people coming to this bank to rethink their visit, there is a security problem, and they are completely neglectful. Enough is really enough, you need to begin to respect clients, not treat them as prey.

Service is very slow. There is always a line.They charge for receiving money through zelle. Process to open an account is about 1 hour to an 1 1/2.

My mother and I are business owners in the immediate area and have been banking at this precise location dating back to the days when it went under the name Downey Savings. Today, I was in line with my mother to make our deposit. The teller, not wearing a face mask, just to start, refuses to count our cash deposit, a deposit we normally make. Her refute, "It is wrapped in a rubber band." She then starts throwing our money out the tiny slot with such force that it begins to land on the floor, for my mother, keep in mind, a senior citizen, to get on her hands and knees to pick it up.The teller's name, Colleen Martinez. She has been reported to corporate and she is currently on probation. After helping mother, I see Colleen, mouth fully agape, just continue to verbally bash my mother and I. It was a continuous barrage of lamenting eminating from Colleen's mouth, comparable to an eruption of Vesuvius, of how she refused to remove the rubber band from the stack of money. She would not stop, she had no filter, and she was completely out of line to represent the bank in this fashion today.The other teller, a young Armenian gentleman, had no issue with conducting our transaction and removing the rubber band from the money. My recommendation to put a stop to hiring people such as Colleen would be to institute a personality examination during the hiring process to deter from employing individuals with her type of personality flaws. An internal investigation into the actions of Colleen today is in the process and I'm sure will be met with embarrassment on behalf of this bank watching their employee take their personal anger out on a long time client and business pilar of Sherman Oaks just because she refused to take a rubber band off a pile of cash.I just keep having repeating flashbacks of pulling myself up from the ground to see Colleen's mouth widely agape, and continuing her verbal vomiting. It was disgusting and an image I'll never forget.

This branch is not ideal. The hours on here are normally wrong. The ATM machine is normally down or crowded. They never have enough windows open, the staff isn't that nice or knowledgeable, and the fact that it's already in a crowded store isn't great.

Don't bother trying to conduct business from this location. They don't carry enough cash on hand to do so and you will be forced to go elsewhere.Recommend an entirely different bank. US bank can't cover their deposits.

I go to this branch a lot and I have to say that everybody there is very professional, knowledgeable and very fast. Art and Mike helped me the last time I was there and they were very professional with my wire transfer and mike on opening a new savings account for me. Thank You

Could not get any money out today ! Still haven't received my check from the government where is our money and we cannot take any money out of any branch what is going on !!! When this is all over I will be closing my account
