Terrible service by the whole staff honestly they harassed me and tried to deposit $30,000 out of my account i should have called the police, I’ve been with US Bank for five years and have had no issues. My account went under fraud and I was told to fix it by coming into a local branch with my ID so I did, And I waited in line in the first lady to help me said there’s nothing she could do even though I was told to do exactly what I was doing, I then asked for a manager to help me and and the lady proceeded to tell me that there’s nothing I can do so I had to argue my way for a good 10 minutes so that we could call somebody to help me out. We called them and the person then advised me to go to a branch and get it figured out there in the meanwhile, I was already at the branch calling from the branch and after them, denying me service for another 30 minutes and telling me there’s nothing I can do she finally just decided to help me and fix my fraud issue like it was nothing , after I was leaving because the issue was resolved my account got charged for $30,000 so I had to re-enter the building and then they acted like it was my fault that the 30 was charged even though it was on their end and then they fixed it right away when another manger got involved . I was very displeased with my service and was in a good screaming match with a lot of of them when I came in their respectfully for a simple issue that they made go way longer than it needed to be. I’ve never left a building so angry in my life

Terrible service!!! Under staffed making customers stand and wait easily 30 minutes.... they are always sorry but never improve.

Horrible branch, it took me 4 days to open the checking account that will be locked by the very next day by the reason unknown not only to me , but by the branch clerks too.

I had a terrible experience with Bank Manager Chanaka. When we attempted to close our account, he was incredibly impolite and uncooperative. He even went as far as to call security to escort us off the premises simply for wanting to close our account. We're extremely disappointed and will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office.

Long story short: came in person to CLOSE my business account, since it takes FOREVER for US bank to process pending payments and checks, "lovely" female teller gave me a whole runaround because the branch didn't have a little cash to give me on hand. Anyway, handed her my debit card, asked to dispose of it and close my account to avoid further service fees. The teller TOOK MY CARD and said she'll take care of it. And here I am, 2 months later, with an account that is STILL OPEN and has a service fee CHARGE on it. This is not a bank, this is a JOKE!

I've had pleasant experiences from several tellers, and I've had not so pleasant experiences with one teller in particular. But Chanaka, the branch manager was absolutely condescending. There was an incident with a stopped payment on a check, stemming from an incident from 6 years ago. It's a long story but I honestly don't know why Chanaka works in customer service when you can tell he doesn't like helping customers.Good luck dealing with this branch, it's 50/50 that you'll get good service. The tellers that are helpful are great, but there's always a chance you might have to deal with the 2 unpleasant guys that are there.

Totally not the branch’s fault but I had a frustrating experience where I was not able to access funds from a new business account. They were very attentive and responsive in getting the situation fixed asap. Shout out to the manager Chanaka, and staff Briana, Josh and Michael. It was a team effort and they kept checking in to make sure I was being taken care of.I’m a new customer but while waiting I could see other customers knew manager by name. They seem to really care and do their jobs well, if you bank with usbank I highly recommend this branch.

Not sure about the other reviews, but I had a great experience-I was able to open a new checking account in about 20-25min with Briana. Great service, relaxed environment. Awesome change from my last 3 years of only banking online.

Worst bank in the world!!! Came to try to be a potential client. But one of there clerks who said he goes, by the name of Josh. Was very unprofessional and rude. Literally insulted me. Telling me I need to go cash it at my own bank if I don't like his terms of how he talks. I ask him politely to please don't talk like that. And be professional, As I had a check for 30k to make a transaction and deposit remanding. But as rude as he was and being insulting. It only make me ask him for my check back and walk out and do business with a better professional bank that won't insult potential client. Please invest money or have manager train there staff to be more polite and professional. I ask to speak to manager he decline and said there is no manager. That only make sense why this bank staff are not professional to potential clients. I'm really disappointed as a business owner to have to deal with someone like this.
