True Verizon Wireless (not Invicta or other reseller), which means accurate and timely service through Verizon. Third party vendors don't offer the best options nor the most price effective solutions and should be avoided. This location isn't third party, IS a corporate service store for Verizon. That meant receiving an offer for 5G Home Internet, with 300+ Mbps and reliability enough for all but the most diehard eSports and Video Games enthusiasts. Staff is eager to help even when slammed by walk-ins. Equipment inventory on site is stellar, all items received same day of purchase without delay.

It's one of the best verizon stores I've been to. The one thing I didn't like is how hard they try to push you for the home internet. They are salesmen so I get it. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. You get greeted immediately as you walk in no matter how busy they are they don't ignore or overlook you. Pleased with that location

My dad just passed away and I needed to switch my line off of his family plan. I went to multiple other Verizon stores and called a couple of different customer service numbers - they all told me they couldn’t help me. But Marvin stayed after close to make sure I was taken care of. He couldn’t have been more helpful and really went above and beyond. Anytime I need something at Verizon I’m coming back to Marvin!

I stopped in yesterday with a very complex issue and was helped by one of the store managers, Steven. It took over an hour talking with the officials from Verizon, but Steven was with us every step of the way and helped make a challenging situation very simple. Steven is a rock star! FIVE STARS!

I have to say that I LOVE this Verizon location. I have been there so many times with all my phone drama and have gotten to know all the guys there. They are like family now. I dread going into phone stores and this place is the "sigma". My son made me say that. Thank you for the great customer service.

Employees don’t greet you when you come in and they help others that come in after you. I only went for an express pick up and had to wait 20 minutes.

Oh wow!!! Unbelievable customer service. I had issues with my home wifi return. Hit two stores already. Second one told me to go here as they can take care of my issue. Matthew helped me with it, 1, 2, 3. The amazing gentleman ran after me and found me in my car because I left my router inside the store. To Verizon: keep promoting these folks???

Verizon customer from Minnesota. After my recent up date, my iPhone battery wasn’t lasting. Went to the local store traded my phone in Joseph changed my plan without even asking me. When I got into my Uber four days later, I clicked on my hotspot I didn’t have one. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service told me that I had to go back to the store. Went back to the store and all they could tell me was they weren’t present when the conversation happened that I could Come back When Joseph was working. Being that I don’t live in Los Angeles that’s not an option. Spoke to the manager today really big attitude bad customer service totally disappointed would not recommend using the store as the person I am visiting in Los Angeles also had major problems with them.
Well a week later and no call. They asked me to request one. I did. And in the store. Nothing! Horrible
