I was added to my company's business account and we had tried several times over the phone with Verizon customer service and they were inept. Went into the Sherman Oaks store and worked with sales rep Matthew. He was wonderful! He spent about 2 hours with us to add new lines to the account, get new phones, transfer our data over, and he even put the phone protectors on the screens and lenses for us. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and was just a pleasure to work with. We are planning on adding some Apple watches and will definitely go to Matthew to purchase them. I have also contacted him with some follow-up questions and he was happy to assist me. It's hard to find good service and I am thankful that Matthew was there, as he is not only nice but gracious to customers. We considered moving to another provider after the call center fiasco, but after his personalized service at the Sherman Oaks store we decided to stay with Verizon.

The manager (Sorry I forget his name) was the one who assisted us personally and was super helpful even though the store didn't have what we were looking for. He even made some very helpful suggestions for nearby places for other options that would better suit our needs for a temporary SIM card. Thank you!

I switched to Verizon a week ago and had my new devices shipped to me. Unfortunately, the new phone (15) Was not activating properly, so I called online tech Support and they were not able to help me. I went to the Encino Verizon store and they were not able to help me as well. Both told me I needed a new phone since mine was faulty. I went to the only nearby corporate Verizon store in Sherman Oaks. Since this is the only corporate store in the area, you can expect it to be extremely busy. Once they called my name, they were able to help me and fix my situation almost immediately. George and Christian were amazing and knew what they were doing.my phone was not faulty, the issue was the eSIM.

I visited Verizon with the earbuds they had shipped to me, and unfortunately, they were not working. When I arrived to store getting help it takes 20 min to see someone because no team member was around me and almost 10 different customer was waiting for help. Whatever I wanna focus the manager lady’s bad attitude!Iwas hoping to receive assistance and a replacement, but the manager I spoke to had a very very bad attitude. She told me that I needed to address my concerns with customer service and that it wasn't her problem. She didn't offer any solutions and just took my earphones, processed the refund, and threw the billing on the table without further communication. worst experience ever.

I bought a phone here last year and returned it the next day and was still charged for the phone. One year later and the charges still have not been removed from my account. Be aware of this store, they are disorganized and they failed to cancel my service contract even after they took the phone back.

I usually love this place, but today I had an issue with my hip, which it makes it painful for me to stand or sit in certain positions. I sat in the only actual chair in the store, to be able to conduct my business with a small bit of comfort.No one was sitting in the chair, and no one else in the store seemed to need it. I'm usually strong and stable on my feet, especially for 65 years old, and under normal circustances I'm not a person to just grab the most comfortable seat just for the heck of it.One of associates in the store, Priscilla, told me I had to get up and sit on a hard stool to be helped. Why? No answer. I explained that I was experiencing a lot of pain in my hip, and the high wooden stools were not going to work for me today. But she insisted, to the point of calling over the security guard.Let me be clear. The chair was within a few feet of the hard stools, and the male associate who was helping me could easily hear me from where I was. It was also possible to move the chair closer, or for him to come closer to me.There was no one else who needed to sit, in fact when they forced me to get up, they put the chair in the back!I have a media business and we all use Verizon phones. We have the best phones, the top services, and all the extras. Not that it really makes a difference, every customer should be treated with respect and kindness.This was so unlike the usual excellent caring service I receive at Verizon. I'm at a loss to understand what was accomplished by forcing me to spend the better part of an hour in pain.It just seemed like unnecessary cruelness.

Avoid at all costs! 50 minute wait for a simple return transaction, while staff casually ignore you with no motivation to solve your problems.Definitely not a place where the Verizon mission is executed well.

The store was horrifying I got a 96.00 added on to my Verizon bill unknowingly not with my permission then they put a home warranty service on my account that I did not authorize they also sold me a internet box that they told me that I could get for $25 and out the door no more strings attached they are very crooked operating people there

I visit this specific store because of the excellent customer service I've been receiving from Andres. He is so nice and since he's a professional, even complex situations are solved within a few minutes. I can tell he has experience with phones and he is the one offering if I want to get extra things done such as rebates and taking advantage of extra promotions. I have never seen anyone offer extra help on top of the main reason for our visit which was only activation. Thank you so much! I greatly appreciate this kind of service and your kindness. I am the same way in my profession, I love helping people as much as I can.You can rely on this network because of real professionals such as Andres!

Very expensive they tell you one price and when you get the bill it's always much more they charge for long distance even though we could get it free from messenger Or what's up This is a legal rip off Did you get in touch with them impossible I do not like this company They're not telling you the truth I got to bed If you like being the bill one day they will shut off your phone immediately even though I'm a very good customer I got five line they don't care the worst customer service I ever seen

I was pleasantly impressed with my visit to the office. Chris was attentive and courteous, answering all of our questions as well as helping us with what we asked of him. I hadn't seen such professionalism in a long time. Bravo!

Terrible customer service...I placed a online order for pick up and I showed them the email and yet they said they did not have it. The order was cancelled. I drove and hour in traffic and rush after work to make it before they close.

priscila helped me return a screen protector they said was a privacy screen which wasn't true. She was overly rude and shouldn't be working customer service. Her attitude is the epitome of misery and her managers should reconsider having this person greet customers . Go somewhere else . not worth it here .
