Like everyone else said they close prior to the time listed and the employees don't even care and are rude about it. Update your hours!

Horrible service by Ralph's manager, without even trying said that machine is not working to send money. Western Union should really cancel the locations that don't function are not happy to provide service and take it as a burden. Customer runs around like an idiot to be turned away. May be it's time to stop Western Union and start using a competitor.

The worst location inside a Ralph's. That's clearly under staffed waited 30 minutes until I eventually just left standing in front of the booth that no one occupied as the manager stared at me while he ran a cash register.

Terrible service,some Latino employees have an attitude towards their own race.if you are there to send money ,they go over board to serve you.

NEVER NEVER will I use Western Union again. Their call center is in Mexico and all they can do is read off a script. It does say on the web site 2-5 days to get the money but it's now going to be 10 days, well that's hopefully because the money still isn't there and was send September 9th. Yes it was bank to bank but that should be a piece of cake BUT NO.
