“I wanted to start my review by saying that I was referred by my daughter, who had used elements detail on her Toyota Highlander prior to selling it. It was in need of an interior cleaning, and she had told me that Jayson and his team had done an amazing job on her vehicle. So, I went with his company when I needed to have my father's interior of his minivan detailed prior to listing it for sale. First off, they are very professional, very knowledgeable, and came out to the location of the vehicle, which was at my father's home, and they did an absolutely amazing job, beyond my expectations, cleaning and restoring the interior of the car to "like new!"A couple of weeks later, I needed his help in kind of an emergency situation, with something that needed to be cleaned that I was not to hopeful about. In addition, my daughter needed some floor mats cleaned that were very dirty.He came out on a rainy day, which I know can be difficult in this type of business, and was willing to give it a try and trying to restore my item. Once again, Jayson, far exceeded my expectations! I am so impressed with his professionalism, and friendliness, he uses very high quality equipment, which sometimes can be lacking in the detail business, and works very hard at his tradecraft! I didn't even know if he would be able to clean this item, it's probably outside the wheelhouse of what they normally do, but his willingness to do that for us speaks to his commitment to providing quality service, not just to the members of his community in Folsom, but wherever the job might take him, and for whatever a customer might need, cleaned and restored!We plan on doing more business with him in the coming days, we have many cars in our family that we are interested in getting polished, waxed and ceramic sealed! “I went in for a headlight restoration. I'm quite happy with the results, as you can see it made an amazing difference. The real proof will be in how long it lasts. We shall see. This business is a part of, extension to, or inside Thompson Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge so you have a large, clean, well stocked waiting room with free beverages and snacks for your enjoyment. The cost was $125 for both headlights which is worth it, if it lasts. Ill try to remember to update my review in a couple of years. Until I post otherwise, you can consider them still clear.”
