This store offers great selections for its size. It's clean, well kept and even has a drive thru pharmacy, everytime I've stopped through every one's been helpful, quick and friendly! It's close by, and convient to the main highway! Staff is overall very friendly! By getting the care pass I get 10$ a month to spend in the store. It offers a public restroom and large parking areas. You can buy dairy, laundry soap, and get your prescriptions all in one stop! Sometimes they are out of stock of popular items due to high volume convenience.

Very convenient and easily accessible. Smaller sized store but nice variety of goods. Friendly service.

The Pharmacy service has Really gone done in the last year! I use to go here for excellent customer service, but now it’s just because the Palmer Dr location doesn’t have a drive through. There’s a young girl who works here and every time I get her there’s always an issue locating my account or prescriptions.

Made an appt. online for Covid testing for 12:30. Got here about 12:15 and I'm still waiting at now 1pm. Not sure the point of even making an appointment. If you come here be prepared to wait for hours.

Extremely rude pharmacy staff. I was directed to go here by Caremark because my daughter's immuno suppressant medication was shipped to the wrong address. They told me that CVS and Caremark were the same company and to simply have the pharmacist call a phone number to get an override. Both of the pharmacy staff immediately started getting very upset and telling me that CVS and Caremark were not the same company and they made a huge, extremely verbal fuss about calling this phone number. Eventually I became upset because I was already late for work and chose to leave. I went to the Walgreens on Saratoga in El Dorado Hills and they helped me within five minutes. My daughter got the life-saving medication that she needs to take every day for her liver disease. When I called to talk to Caremark about this, it turns out they are exactly the same company. Even when you google Caremark, it comes up CVS/Caremark.

This pharmacy has given me so many issues in the past with picking up my medications. I went this past Saturday to pick up one of my medication and the pharmacist was absolutely rude and once she heard who my doctor was made an extremely inappropriate and unprofessional comment about him. I was so shocked I started shaking! I have never been treated so poorly from a "professional" in my life. I called my Dr office e asking to switch pharmacy's because of there comments and they said they have always had problems with this pharmacy! I made a Yelp just to leave this comment l. Dont go to the green valley pharmacy if you dont want to be treated poorly and given attitude when asking simple questions. I will never return to this pharmacy and I'll make sure nobody I know will either.

The pharmacy manager has tried to give me a generic version of my prescribed medication three times in a row. She also proceeded to tell me that it is "not her job" to make sure I have the right medication. She yelled at me.saying it is my fault that she keeps giving me the wrong kind of birth controlUpdate: 6 months later they still keep ordering the generic birth control instead of the name brand even though my doctor put 'do not substitute' on my prescription. Once again, I am having to wait to start my birth control back up and it is messing up my cycle

Wish I could give them a ZERO! Was shopping this evening with my adult son, he needed to use the restroom, and was told by a very rude young female employee, "you can't use our restroom, go to Rite-Aid"! I was in total disbelief! I left by items and went to Rite-Aid and purchased them there, and my son was allowed to use the restroom! Has CVS really gotten this rude? How do they even stay in business? I will be calling corporate in the morning!

Pharmacy was not friendly, or helpful. They were arguing with each other behind the counter when I was waiting to be helped. Super rude when I presented my discount card and acted like it was a huge inconvenience for them to process it for me. I can go a lot of places to fill a prescription and I will make sure that I do that after this experience.

If I could give negative stars I would. If you need a prescription do not get it filled here. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. They are so short with you and when I ask questions they talk to me like I'm an idiot. They are also beyond unhelpful when you need to know more about the prescription you are picking up. My boyfriend wanted to know more about his prescription and the lady just said he will be fine and walked away. He went on YouTube and found a pharmacist talk about it in great detail on there. I also just called them and before I was done asking questions they hung up on me! I was not rude or yelling, I just asked to get my prescription moved to a different location since they are out of stock with what i needed. I will not be going to this cvs anymore. I'm shocked the ladies there have a job still. If I behaved that way at work I would have been fired a long time ago.

Wow! Thanks to Yelp, I can see I'm not the only one who knows the CVS pharmacy department at Green Valley Rd (Cameron Park) has bad customer service. The pharmacist Linda is very unprofessional. Every time I go in to refill a prescription, she's always in a bad mood and not helpful. Especially, with the two elderly customers in front of me the other day. Linda had no patience explaining their new medication to them. Is she incapable of doing her job and providing customer service? C'mon management, this pharmacist needs to go. Cashiers are very nice and helpful. Why the big difference?

The pharmacy team is wonderful they have gone out of their way to be helpful. They have saved me thousands of dollars on my prescriptions over the last year. They even assisted me in filling out my additional paperwork. Always courteous and cheerful.
