This CVS location is clean, friendly, and had what I needed. It was easy to locate the items, and I could get in and out of the store easy and quick. Staff was very patient and friendly and I had a couple of rewards to use. Thank you!

Wow, some of these reviews are gnarly bad. I have only had 1 poor experience with the pharmacy and it was due to insurance, not the pharmacy - they did what they could to help. I fill prescriptions here unless they're the urgent after hours kind (where maybe Walgreens is open later). I have seen a lot of dumbnuggets here being rude but I have always been treated professionally by pharmacy and general CVS staff.

Consistently slow pharmacy staff. Waits of more than 15 minutes are typical and more than 30 minutes isn't uncommon. The staff is at least friendly

Poor customer service from Pharmacist. Went to Green Valley location for flu shot. They are out and have no idea when will have new shots. Told me to go to this location and get one tonight. Immediately left and headed to store. Arrived 20 mins ahead of closing. There were zero other customers in store or pharmacy. When I asked about flu shots for myself and daughter he looked to pharmacist who shook her head. He said it is too close to cling and would take too long to process paperwork. I think they’d already cleaned up and just wanted to leave, I saw the other tech taking the trash out. Technician was very kind and gave me other options for shots. Pharmacist suggested driving to Sacramento for our shot at their all night pharmacy. Ok… I’m going to drive to Sac at night with my kid to get a shot? Tech said no, don’t do that, wait until morning and go to Latrobe. He was great. She was not. Now I understand why the Green Valley pharmacy is always slammed and this one is dead. The green valley pharmacist is incredible and always goes above and beyond.

Extremely Slow. No matter what time of day, or what day of the week. Will have a long wait time no matter what.

Most incompetent staff ever and extremely rude.
The only pharmacist there that is awesome is Lisa. She seems to always get things done correctly.
Every month is a circus show trying to get my prescriptions filled unless Lisa is working.

4 days I've been waiting on them for antibiotics. Dentist says he talked to them and it would finally be ready. 4 hours later still waitng. . Zero over zero

This CVS store has one of the best employees that I’ve met in a long time. She goes over and above to help in any situation from finding items in the store, calling other locations to find an item that her store is out of and even helping set up CVS app when I had a few signing in issues. Thank you Renae, you’re the best.

***WARNING****They are the worst. They like telling you what they cant do when other CVS stores can and will do it naturally. This is the WORST CVS in CA. I don't even want to give them a STAR.
