Life has its challenges and in a Business in these hard times, having the right employees makes all the difference.I live in Pollock Pines California. I'm working currently as an EMT.My 2016 Dodge Dually Pickup transmission is defective and a Fire ? hazard, Dodge is aware, two recalls on the 68RFE Automatic Transmission, but Dodge wont honor the recalls, 6 months fighting Dodge and the Dealerships in Oklahoma City and Roseville.So for now all I have to go to work is my motorcycle.Living in the snow County and driving to Shingle Springs from Pollock Pinesevery day for work is very dangerous in the snow, but the motorcycle is all I have.Today heavy snow early AM. I droped the bike 4 times on highway 50 from Pollock Pines to just Camino CA.An very good man, Chris Vanbrunt who was going to work in Shingle Springs at Enterprise Rental Car, stoped to help, he would not let me go on by myself, he followed me to make sure, after I droped my bike. I would be ok, to keep going on to work.But the road was filled with to much snow, Chris Vanbrunt suggested I leave my bike at a gas station in Camino and he would take me to work.Chris is the type of person all Business need. No matter what help others.Thank you Chris Vanbrunt.

Received the vehicle with half a talk of fuel. Also the tire pressure indicator light was on. Map software was not installed and I needed to utilize that. The charger would not charge my iPhone. Other than that it was a great experience.

As with others here, reserved a car, but no car available when I arrived. Was told that cars weren't returned, so either wait to go to the event until someone decides to bring it back, or you lose...sorry, your plans are canceled, there is a "car shortage".

I love this enterprise branch. Sarah is excellent in making sure the cars are ready to go and always greets everyone with a smile. I’ve been renting with them for like 3 times now and I can definitely say I’ve never been disappointed. Chris is also really friendly and great with drop off and pickups. I would recommend renting from them.

Was told car would be ready in the morning. We were Called on our way up and told that it wouldn’t be till 3pm. Didn’t get a call until 3:45pm. Got here at 4pm. Door is locked. Nobody is answering phone. It’s now 4:37pm and still nobody here. Horrible customer service and communication!

Terrible experience. Used the website to make a car reservation, got our confirmation, made all of our plans for what we needed it for then we get there and they tell us that they actually don't have any cars. What's the point of being able to book online if it doesn't work?

I reserved a full size car with SiriusXM radio two months prior to needing the car on June 9, 2021 for noon until June 16th. A month later, I went to their office and spoke with the male attendant. I asked if I could have my reservation changed to 9:30am, the same date and bring the car back on June 17th. I was told no problem. I also made sure the attendant understood that I wanted a full size car with SiriusXM radio. He confirmed the request and typed on the computer. At 8am, on June 9th, they called me to say they only had a VW Jetta without SiriusXM. I told him that a VW Jetta was not a full size car and I specifically requested SiriusXM radio. They told me the attendant did not record the request. For your own good, NEVER reserve a car with this agency.

What the heck happened!!!??? This was the WORST experience!!! I ordered the car for 10:30. When I got there the car was not there!! A driver had gone to Placerville to pick it up. I had meetings that day and I missed the first one because of this. Why wasn't the car there waiting? The car was NOT cleaned before I was given the keys. You advertise that this is of extreme importance to you yet it was not done. I signed off on some papers but was not given a copy. This was only the second time I rented a car from your company. I was not told there was a one way drop off fee. I was charged 96.00 when it was supposed to be 59.00. This was a bad experience. A guy from the shop next door came over to see if I was ok because he saw how upset I was because I was missing my meetings because the car was not there at 10:30 as requested. I am never late for my meetings I am not a happy customer. Regards, Kimber Hood
