We’ve been here several times and each time they have not been able to do what we’ve asked. We’ve been there for alignments and wheel swaps and both just have waisted out time. I’d recommend somewhere else that’ll take care of you.

This location and these gentlemen truly care about people and safety. I'm new in the area, don't know anyone and was in a bad spot money wise. These guys made it happen and got me 4 brand new tires. 3 weeks after my tire pressure light went off. I had a nail in the tire. The guys plugged the tire checked all the other tires and reset the messages on the dash. I wish I could give these guys 10 stars and a raise. Thank you guys very much. Your professionalism and care is definitely noticed and appreciated

Went in to buy a new spare but ended up buying a new set of tires for my trailer. The guys were great, and they gave me a fair deal. Had me in and out in about an hour and a half, during lunchtime.

I stopped in because I ended up with a screw in my brand new tires on my brand new car. Insert tears and face palm as needed haha
I had no idea if they would be able to repair the tire from where it was. They got me in right away, were so helpful & nice. Thankfully the screw didn't puncture the tire! An they were able to remove it without any issues and had me on my way within about 15 minutes!! Definitely recommend Goodyear bonus the staff is super nice at the Shingle Springs location

These guys were phenomenal, SHOUT OUT TO CARSON upfront and Jeremey the Manager. Been looking to get my tire fixed for last few days, and Goodyear took me in and fixed it with no hassles or charge.

Scratched two of my wheels and one of the brand new tires goes low on the regular and that’s after they remounted it because it went completely flat an hour after being mounted the manager was the one that mounted my tires and scratched them he then refused to fix it so i had to go to Citrus Heights to have the problem corrected

The air in our car tyres was high. They gave a free service to check the tyres and deflated the air in tyre free of cost. Thats was very helpful of them.

Great service! I just needed a break inspection, oil change and my tires rotated. It only took an hour to be finished. The worker there Casey was very helpful as to give some professional advice on how to fix a rattling heat sink.

Very nice and honest .....very helpful thank u very much ....did a aliment check free and rotated my tires ....Don't go to tire pro they said I needed new tires and my tires were fine .Thank u guys
