Claimed he fixed my AC but when I got my car back, nothing was fixed ($350 later.) Took it back and he wanted to charge me $1300 more dollars. What’s the point of charging me a diagnosis fee if he couldn’t figure it out in the first place?. DO NOT GO HERE.

We are highly impressed with John of JetAir Performance. The A/C in our 2020 Ford Expedition Ltd Max failed, and while John told us he could definitely do the repair after running his diagnosis (that he didn't charge us for!), we may have a deeper issue, as this make and model has a reputation for A/C failures that almost always require more major repair work. He told us that he'd gladly do the work to get the car cooling again, but he suggested that since our car is still under warranty, perhaps it would be best for us to take it to a Ford dealership for repair and let them chase down the CAUSE for the failure so it doesn't happen again. That is what we will do, and we truly thank John for his honest opinion. We have another, older car that needs A/C work, so it will definitely be going to John and JetAir!Service: Air conditioning

This guy is gold. As someone who's worked on cars for 50 yrs but knows almost nothing about A/C I was super impressed with his troubleshooting skills. He had my 95 Bronco out the door fixed in 15 minutes...A/C had not worked in 5-6 yrs since I bought it. I'll never go anywhere else for auto A/C.Service: Air conditioning

Very thankful my dad recommended I go here when my A/C stopped working all of the sudden. It was an overall excellent experience. He looked it over and said everything looked good but wasn't getting any power and found the wires had been chewed by a rodent. $115 dollars later I had functioning A/C again. I highly recommend John!
