I just returned from mailing a package at the Shingle Springs Post Office. The employees are always helpful and have cheerful attitudes. I really appreciate this post office!!

The last several years the front office staff has been outstanding...great service, friendly and helpful. Our current mail carrier Eric is the best mail carrier we have ever had. Keep up the great work....it is appreciated.

They opened at 9:15 with people waiting in the lobby then when I ask what the hold up is they put it on us the customer. Then they take forever to grab my package they were being very disrespectful and were doing everything in their power to not help me. They are all terrible and clearly need management to come in and retrain everyone on respect and customer service.

The last 2 days they locked out access to po boxes and lobby at 5pm. Against their posted hours.

moved into the area a couple weeks ago and they still aren't delivering my mail. Worst is the mail that I am supposed to get is in limbo. Mail carriers could care less and the staff is absolutely rude, I guess because they can be. These guys are clearly way over paid. I can get an Amazon package in one day but mail takes over two weeks if at all. I would definitely support privatizing the postal service and laying off the lazy rude postal workers.

Nice employees and the best part is they open at 9am instead of 10am like El Dorado Hills and Folsom post offices? Why would the other post offices open so late - makes no sense. No line, nice people.

I was in and out in no time. Friendly knowledgeable staff and they treated me very kindly. They gave me the best price and service expectations for my needs and my package arrived on time. My niece was very excited to receive her birthday gift. Thank you Maggie and Bryan

The guy that looks like a full size lego man, seems to have no time for anybody.He will tell you your package is not here instead of looking behind the front counter for Amazon packages.

I called this post office about a concern I had with an eBay shipment. I live in Utah and they are in California, I called and I immediately was greeted by a live person! The guy helped me and gave me the right answer. Small towns are the best. Love how much they care about others!

I had an really expensive order that I request to be left in lock box and they left it on my porch anyway and it got stolen!
