It's always a 50/50 chance I get any packages, most of the time not even that good! Not sure why they cannot deliver my packages when my driveway is clear and accessible! So frustrating they're only open from 9-4:30, great well I work from 8-5 everyday so I can't pick up any packages they "can't deliver". The last 6 months it seems to have gotten progressively worse, hope they can fix these issues.

Have ordered 6 times from Amazon in the past 2 months. 5 of 6
have resulted in late or no delivery. Extremely lazy delivery drivers
in Shingletown office. They use any reason to not deliver. Why have Amazon Prime if this office won't attempt deliveries? Only USPS office I have ever had such issues with. And shame on Amazon for changing carriers from UPS.

Moved her 2 months ago and I am renovating the house I bought. Lots of deliveries as Amazon uses USPS here.Great service when I go to the Post Office.Friendly and very helpful.Good job!

I normally have nothing but a wonderful and happy experience here. The gentleman who are normally there when I have come in are always nice and very helpful. However today was the worst experience I have ever had. Honestly I hope it’s the only awful experience I will ever have going forward.I don’t know what was going on in your life or in your day that made you want to act so difficult and unhelpful. I guess I was the one you decided to take it out on. Next time someone asks for a service that is not longer available/ has had name change within the last few weeks (that really only someone working there or who sends packages all the time would know) you could be a bit more informative and helpful. Not making me have to pull the info I’m looking for out of you. Thank you for the use of the tape. I know that was very bothersome for you with your exaggerated huff when you handed it to me. To the kind gentleman working alongside her, I thank you very much for giving me the info I needed that seemed to difficult for her to give me. I have never seen this women before in the office, but I’m not there on a daily basis. I hope you have a better day going forward Ma’am.

I’m tired of this post office telling me my packages are undeliverable, when my driveway and mailbox are clear and accessible. They post it even before they leave the post office.

90% of the time amazon packages are very late or doesn't show at all and amazon has to give me a refund and i get to keep my order the unreliability of usps is making me happy with lots of free stuff usps has become the most unreliable delivery service in the world and has made amazon customers lots of free stuff uspses unreliability is very reliable and usps don't care about their reputation

So one of our local carriers can't backup using their mirrors in their new white vans. That is why we are not receiving the larger packages at our door. How in the world can you get a driver's license without being able to back up? From now on you will have to go to the post office to pick up your larger packages
