Been with this bank for close to twenty years, closed my accounts today, they were both hacked. Went to the bank manager to ask what I should do, he told me to forget it and just delete e-mail, he was not interested at all, VERY dismissive. The hackers have both of my checking account numbers!!! The email looked authentic and I stupidly gave them information until the light bulb went on. The manager has been rude to me in the past, refusing to witness a document, which is not against bank policy (I checked) and is good customer service. Refusing to deposit a very small check because it was issued to my middle name even tho I had just deposited a very large check and had plenty of money in my account to cover it if it was bogus. This was the last straw. So much for supporting local businesses.

The management is so lousy! Not caring! The staff is not experienced! Waste of time going to this branch! Simple transaction takes forever! Not taking pride in what they do! Nonchalant and not caring!

The teller didn't know how to use the jetscan machine to verify the money,that means they could take fake bills from the customers and give them out!I don't trust this branch at all!Good luck with your money!

What’s going on here? Bank has been “temporarily closed” for nearly a week. Sign on door with no explanation why! Also a Hiring Sign that says we need help? I guess so!

Been with this bank for almost 20 years. Have always been very helpful when problems come up, like fraudulent charges on your bank card. Almost always get prompt service in bank.

Ppl that work there look at you like your a home less person. I been with them for a long time already. I opened my account there and still they don’t want to help me. I told the guy there that someone was taking money from my account with me knowing and he said me away. I had to drive to the other location in Pasadena.

They have all sorts of hidden fees, they set up a reoccurring payment to pay my rent. When I went to stop it they refused unless I paid them $35. They would not let me stop it myself, so the only option they gave me was to close my account. Before they closed it I needed a year of statements to close escrow on a house I bought. They said it would be $60 for the statements. They are always slow over the years I banked there, but I dealt with it because the location is convenient. The people there are usually nice, but it doesn't make up for the hidden fees, slow service, and inflexibility.
