Great service not only complain. Very efficient and trust worthy. Very communicative and honest. Went here twice now for service through insurance. Anything you need work on for your car, they get it done. Will continue to bring my car there for all services.

Brought my service truck in the beginning of July to get it fixed here at their shop December 18, 2023. They have done absolutely nothing five months and a half waiting. Waiting for the owner to show up so you could tell us exactly. Why has he not fixed it? I do not recommend this place they take way too long. They keep lying to us telling us two more weeks. Do not bring your cars vehicles here, worst place ever.

I was in a fender bender accident and was given a list of body shops by my insurance company. I saw the excellent reviews for 3 J's on yelp and decided to use them for the repair. I am so glad I did. The entire process was easy; they got me a quote the same day I brought the car in, they dealt with the insurance company directly, and got my car repaired in 9 days! They also did a complete detail on the entire car and it looks as good as the day I originally bought the car! I want to thank James and his team for a job well done.

I drive a Toyota 2021 RAV4. At the time I had my car, it had almost been a year so it was brand new. Got into an accident and the car was nearly totaled. My insurance linked me with up 3 Js and I decided to stay with them in order to fix my car. The staff are helpful and responsive. Whenever I spoke to James it felt like he actually cared. The process took longer than expected due to ordering and waiting on parts. One thing I needed to do was to call them in order to have updates. I was nervous about getting my car back and it not being in the brand new shape it once was. I'm happy to say that I'm driving it confidentially as if I didn't have the accident. There were some minor things when I picked it up and I called James to talk about it and he made himself available to check on it himself and fixed it. (I think the issue was unrelated to their services too). I appreciated him stating if anything comes up to reach out to him. So thank you James! Overall very pleased and satisfied with their service and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Update: I took my car to the Honda dealership for a diagnosis because something was wrong with my car. I just knew 3js didn't do their job correctly. My car was at 3js for almost 6-7 weeks for a minor accident , and still wasn't fixed correctly. This mistake could've hurt my children, and others. The Honda dealership said that, " There was a loose bolt on the lower arm in the right front according to the dealer. I spoke to 3Js and they said the mechanic that did the work checked everything when you went back the first time". I tried taking my car back on several occasions, and was told nothing was wrong with my car. I kept hearing loud noises where my car was initially hit. But James at 3js told me nothing was wrong. My steering wheel kept moving the opposite direction of my tires. I would never recommend this collision garage. If you value your life and others, go elsewhere!!!

After 1 year bed liner started to peel where it got cut when loading truck, went back to 3J's they repaired it promptly and it looks great. James thanks for the great service.

I was suggested to go to 3js from a neighbor who had a similar job done.Need to say James has been very professional and easy to work with,I can tell he focuses on the customer.Being both me and my wife in the automotive field, I am happy to say he has been also very patient and understanding in answering all our questions and requests allowing us to review the status of the repair. James has gained our trust and we feel more comfortable as it is a "big job" for our pockets.My van is still at 3 js to get fully rhino lined in army green, James is finishing up the prep work and repair.Looking forward to see the finished job!I will post pictures and update the review then!Service: Painting
