I love this branch... led by the top notch manger Dina, they're literally the best staff top to bottom. Brenda was so helpful today and gave me all my available options and provided in-depth financial information that I'll take with me forever .. not gonna lie, I went into this morning feeling sick to my stomach & in a financial rut and Brenda made me feel a lot better. Thank you to Jason for your past help. God bless you all .

Randel was super friendly and relatable. He made sure I got everything I needed. He gave me a bottle of water. Worked his magic when he needed it to and got the job done. I recommend him if you want to set up an appointment!

It is refreshing to know that customer service and process improvement is valued by Wescom! After successfully re-applying for my auto loan using their "Loan by Phone" service, I was approved within 24 hours and I am now ready to complete my lease buyout transaction. While processes and tools are still cumbersome, the assistant manager at the Signal Hill branch took a genuine interest in my feedback/frustration and has committed to sharing these concerns with internal departments in an effort to improve. I appreciate the personal contact and outreach.

I wanted to thank Connie who went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with a transaction that was both troublesome and difficult. She literally made calls and extended herself past what was required. It's this type of service that keeps clients coming back. I would give the company a 5 star review, however there were other employees that got involved and only gave attitude and the standard we can't help you with this. Connie over heard and picked up the baton and went the distance. Thank you for your exceptional and inspiring service. You are an all star !!!

I recently became a member and so far, it's been a great experience at this credit union. Even though they have a limited number of locations(like most other credit unions), they're very well, strategically located for me... They're in the process of renovating their Signal Hill location, should look really nice when completed

I have been a member for over 50 years. The service has declined considerably. The Signal hill branch has had a broken machine for debit cards that never gets fixed and they will tell to go to another branch (probably to find out their machines don't work either). It takes forever to get a response, I was left waiting over an hour for a rep who went to lunch without telling me anything. This place is a mess!

So a year later Wescom had a chance to redeem themselves. My atm card got hacked, 2 week later my wife's card was hacked. I reported the incidents (6) on the same day. Now it's 6 days later, still waiting for Wescom to decide if they will replace the funds that they let someone else have. It's a PITA (for me) to transfer funds within my account, mostly charged for it. (credit union) It seems that Wescom can't or won't keep people from taking money out of my account and they make it so DIFFICULT to get it returned. First reported it 5 days ago, was assured the money would be replaced immediately. Now 5 days later we are wondering: 1. When/will our money be replaced? 2. How much will it cost us out of pocket? 3. Why does Wescom make it harder for me to access my money than someone that's trying to steal it? I'm actively looking for an entity that can safeguard my money. I have 4 grandchildren visiting from out of state, ages 1 year to 6 years, still wondering if I'm able to use my card to get groceries for them, how much will WESCOM penalize me for them not safeguarding my money and how much they will charge me??? Got 2 BS calls from them today, don't know why, just bothering us I guess, but no solutions..... WESCOM IS NOT A GOOD STEWARD FOR MY MONEY!

We have been with Wescom since it was Telephone Employees Credit Union, recently Wescom allowed a $1300 hack on my wife's atm card, 2 weeks after they allowed a hack on mine. After 2 days of not understanding the BS they are feeding me, no money back into my account. WESCOM has drawn money out of balance plus account when it says I have $1300 in my account! Whenever I try to talk to someone, they don't understand, can't figure it out, can't transfer to someone with a brain. The only thing Wescom can do is let whoever STOLE my money keep it for as long as Wescom can let them! It's harder for me to transfer money to another account let alone log into my account!, but Wescom let's anyone who wants access to my account have it! I spent 20 minutes talking to some TSA reject and kept asking for someone who could do SOMETHING, but, he could not. WESCOM IS NOT A GOOD STEWARD OF MY MONEY!!!!

Worst customer service, they told me to pick up cash on Thursday keep in mind I live about 40 mins from the bank and told me they didn't have my money. Couldn't pull out no money whatsoever. A bank without money is not a bank. Just wanted to pull out one thousand dollars lol. Had to schedule it 3 days before this is insane.
