They did an alright job, got it done in an okay time frame, just didn’t feel really updated along the way. I’m not necessarily dissatisfied or satisfied, it was an okay experience. Nothing special, bare minimum.

We were stunned at how quickly our vehicle’s repairs were completed which is one of the reasons, we’re sure, our insurance company, USAA, give them their stamp of approval! This repair shop is amazing. They fixed my car after I was in an accident. The updates I received via text were informative and great way to be in the loop. I would recommend them very highly over their excellent customer service and very thorough. They deserve 10 stars!!!!!

Someone crashed into my parked jeep gladiator and damaged it badly, bent the axle, broke several components, I honestly wasn’t sure if it would ever drive the same again. But after taking it to Caliber Collision, I’m blown away. My vehicle now drives like it’s brand new. The team did an incredible job. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process and were upfront and honest every step of the way. Amazing service, highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair!

Caliber Collisions at Signal Hill is a great place and experience for me. Alex and Cynthia were very helpful for my first time repairing my car. Ariselie was nice and very helpful at the front desk. It was quick, easy, and simple. Love the hospitality.

had to get my window replaced after a break in, and the team at caliber was incredibly helpful. they were professional, clear in communication, and quick with their work. they even came to my location so that I didn’t have to drive with my window busted. truly amazing, 5 stars isn’t enough.
