They play favoritism... I was told that the medication that I needed was for there Regular members and I told them I am a member if I can't get my medicine here why am I paying for my Costcos card you can't pick and choe who's Prescription you fill..

These people are the worst. Terrible always. I am moving my pharmacy. I have tried repeatedly to approach bathe management with the poor attitude and lousy service but they are all alike. In fact the whole store is pretty bad.

Refill was filled quickly and was notified by phone when it was ready. Costco gives significant discount if not covered by insurance. No line to pick up the prescription. Clerk was cordial and quick to check me out and could pay at counter as opposed to the long lines at front store cashiers.

Not a good experience with one of the employee. He's a bully. He thinks he's funny one on the exit. Big dude not nice person representing the company.

This is my Costco , everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Place is kept clean and orderly. Always nice to shop here except during peak times because a store with big carts rollin around is not always fun. Bet time to get there is by 9:30 am on Saturdays.

This place is a good place to shop! But when I walked in I noticed that the expiration dates where at least close to the day we where to. Also the food is really good but there is so much grease I grabbed my food and tilted it a little bit to the side and so much grease feel out. This place is good overall! They also have Nike hoodies! And they have a bunch of books, me personally I love books! I totally recommend but not as much.

Costco at Signal Hill happens to be just the worst Costco I have ever encountered in Costcos across the nation; I wish I was exaggerating. And the sad part about this matter is it's not even the merchandise that makes the warehouse well below mediocre it's the service and the quality of staff. I blew into Costco last week just for a few items. I was in the produce cooler and some blueberries fell out of my hand and onto the floor. I immediately cleaned up my mess and went to notify the nearest store employee. It took me about 5 minutes to find someone in the cooler. Once explaining the predicament to the employee, he snatched the blueberries out of my hand and threw them into a basket near me. WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. Okay, not everyone is having the best day I didn't take the situation personally, I understand that working with a mass amount of people can be tedious, but there was no reason on earth to behave as such.I then approached another employee inquiring about the availability of water and he didn't even turn to face me the entire conversation. It's as though I was conversing with the back of his head. Guys, he was just having a laissez conversation with his coworker. Okay now that was rude.Lastly, and here is the worst part: checkout. Kris has to be one of the rudest, most belligerent cashiers I have ever encountered. I noticed his demeanor was a bit passive aggressive so I didn't bother making conversation he looked as though he was ready to quit his job, so I didn't bother making small talk. For some reason he kept sighing and rolling his eyes. (I only had about five-six items). Anyway, I asked him for a box and he tossed one of my items inside the box and went to assisting the next customer. Okay, fine. Like I mentioned earlier we all have rough days, maybe he couldn't finish placing the items in the box. So I then placed my items inside of the given box however it looked as though I needed another. Assuming he felt bad for his previous actions he then proceeded to give me another box, which I felt was thoughtful, but after all I didn't need another box I then told him that was okay and attempted to place the box down (where they keep the boxes next to the cashiers) and he bends down, snatches the box, and was so close to my face I felt the wind from the box. Wow. Just wow. Why would you treat me so rudely? He could've hit me in my face with an item just because he didn't want to be at work. Guys. Then, I say "dude don't hit me with that box." Can you guess his next actions? He starts combating with me in the store! No apology, no remorse just his large ego. It dawned on me that these workers here at this Costco absolutely hate being employed and the ambiance of the place as well as the employees stems from upper staff. So I then go talk to management and she (a middle age close to heavy set black woman) was extremely dismissive, didn't even ask me which of the employees I was referring to or had this encounter with. She was passive aggressive and ultimately very dismissive of my concerns and that is why the customer service here is in the worst possible shape.I will be canceling my membership and never returning.

The pharmacist guy was there added his own input and said it didn't make sense for me to get this specific medicine. I don't know his name but I didn't ask his opinion. I will not return or give my business to this location anymore. Train your pharmacist to do their job and not give unsolicited medical advice, you're nor a doctor you work in a grocery store. It seems you can always find something at Costco. From your weekly (or monthly) "usuals" to a fun holiday find, a cute new shirt or a yummy snack! {have I mentioned I'm glad they brought samples back}?A good time to go is first thing in the morning or better yet, shortly before they close.You can't beat the $1.50 hot dog/soda deal or a giant, cheesy pizza for less than $10 bucks!Their return policy is great and easy to do! They have a Citibank ATM (which is the bank I use) so that has been handy for me in the past. The only thing that I'm kind of bummed about is them taking away their in-store photo department.Costco TRAVEL ~ love love LOVE booking vacations through them!! I've booked 4 now and highly recommend it! It's so easy (and organized) with everything all rolled into one. Check them out for your next vacation.

The fact that this pharmacy offered us reliable and efficient products made me enjoy it. Their staff was incredibly experienced, and they were able to interpret the doctors' handwriting with ease. It was a fantastic career!

I mean, it's Costco. What can you say about it. They do a good job of making them all look almost exactly the same.I will say that this location is clean, safe, and the bathrooms are new. Everything is well-stocked. The hot dog and pizza line is manageable, especially late at night. You can get your food without and eat it on their large patio without a lot of hassle.The parking is finite and difficult at times. The line for gas is brutal and I don't even try. Not everything is bad though. We enjoy shopping here.

Aside from the location on the hill, I like that there's plenty of parking and lines weren't long. Gas is a little hard to get into depending on the lines. Bathrooms clean!

I've been going to this Costco for years and I was able to find what I needed pretty easily. Since about a year or two, they have been moving the inventory all over the store. So one time veggies are at one part of the store, next somewhere else. Same with everything else, just moving the location of stuff. I mean, why do they do this? I forget things because I can't find them now. All other stores I shop at have everything in the same place.

This review is for the tire center. The customer service used to be amazing now it's horrible. We called two different Costcos and got two different answers I had to order my tires that's doesn't bother me. While I'm waiting for them to get here I got a screw on my tire so now I have slow leak I called them to see if they are able to take me in giving the circumstances but they can't which is extremely frustrating because I need to wait to be seen until there next available appointment if I didn't have a screw in my tire I would not care but this whole experience getting my tires was horrible it's not like I only spent 200 I spent 800 after there sale discount price. It so un safe for me and the kids I'm have to go to another tire shop now til they are able to see me.
