Affordable prices!! I found the perfect ladies' motorcycle jacket here. It's been really tough finding petite ladies' gear, but they had exactly what I wanted. The staff was really helpful too. Definitely recommend.

Stopped in 20 minutes before they closed and left within 10 minutes with 2 brand new pairs of goggles. Gio hooked me up and provided excellent service. The "showroom" is really a makeshift small retail area in a larger e-commerce warehouse. Not the most visually appealing but the quality of the gear, pricing and exemplary customer service far outweighs having to maneuver around a few tight aisles. Huge selection. Definitely check them out if you are in the area.

Horrible customer service! I said “Good morning how are you?” He responded “What can I help you with?” I repeated “Good morning, how are you?” He responded “how can I help you?” I said “Are you not going to acknowledge my good morning?” He said “I did ma’am what can I help you out with?” Nope , won’t get my money. Acknowledging your customer IS KEY! Been in customer service all my life , BUSINESS is CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would leave zero stars if possible. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. We bought my son a BMX helmet and since covid they are only doing curbside pickup... that was not the issue. Once we got the helmet we realized it was too small for my son. I called and asked if we could exchange for the next size up and he said that it was final sale. He never told me that when I was calling to inquire about the helmet. I would never purchase something final sale especially for a child when the item may not fit correctly. My sons dad was the one who actually went to go buy it, when swiping his credit card he also failed to tell HIM that it was final sale. No where on the receipt or on extreme supply's website does it mention this. According to the website it says you have 30 days to return. Robert was extremely unprofessional and rude, assuming he doesn't want to get in trouble for misleading customers he tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong and lied and said he had told me. That is false! I asked him to have the owner call me and he did not.

I know we are all dealing with COVID. But they are in my neighborhood and wanted to try on helmets. They do not allow customer to set foot in the building. Guess I'll try some place else.

The staff just don't care about customers, plain and simple. They upsell you, borderline snub you if you don't seem interested in getting the highest paid item they have, and the place is a pigsty that clearly no one cares about cleaning.

Great prices !!!!! (actually basically same as everyone else out there). So i guess I should say "good prices" at least their not higher Great selection !!!!! (unless you need ancillary pieces - they don't carry them) So I guess I should say "good general selection - but don't count on these guys to get the accessory pieces cause they don't always sell them - they some times sell them) Great customer services !!!!! (unless you have a complainant, and then they are all about "passing the buck"). Great free shipping !!!!! (but for whatever reason when they ship - its always slower then their competitors) But at least they do ship. For my last order - I should have driven the 2 plus hour round trip to pick up - They took 4 days after I ordered and paid before they shipped it (and that is only after I made 2 complaint calls) But all good "squeaky wheel gets the grease". I really thought they couldn't screw up the "free shipping" BUT they exceeded my expectation and screwed up that as well. "woooowhoooo"! But they do have a show room - so if you can drive down - and they "happen" to have what you need in their retail location - the real question is..."you feeln lucky punk..., well do you?".
