THIS LOCATION HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Other than the manager who was pleasant/helpful, this was a uniquely terrible experience. There was an employee, a lady named Mary or Sue who was horrible.Also the driver here failed to deliver my package THREE TIMES despite being given my phone number. I came in the last day after work to pick up the package that required showing ID. They sent my package back earlier in the day without informing me.I'm going to be escalating my complaint to corporate.

I had a very bad experience with the FedEx service center. I live in Cypress in a gated community, and I provided the gate code to the driver, which was also updated in the system. However, they did not deliver the package to my door and instead left a comment claiming that the gate was closed. As a result, I had to go to the center to collect my package. While the staff at the center treated me well, the driver who delivered the package to my location (specifically Cypress) did not take responsibility for delivering the item to the customer. I called customer care, but they did not provide the support I expected. I believe FedEx customer support needs improvement.

HORRIBLE customer service !! I am waiting for a package that I paid for rush delivery since Monday !. Today is Thursday and, I still struggling to pick my package up.FedEx never deliver on time and this that customer doesn't work. Until when FedEx will treat customer as slaves ? Eager waiting for some competitors to be treated less worst.

Driver failed to deliver first day. Second day driver did not knock or ring doorbell and posted note saying: "Must be present for package delivery." This driver should be fired. This is causing me to waste a third day waiting for this delivery with no confidence that it will be delivered.

Use for shipping only. There are no office services like copying and printing. Always nice but for printing & copying go up to the one on Candlewood and Lakewood.

Parking right in front of entrance, front desk employee was nice and explained the different price options. Will be using this facility to ship more packages in the future.

I waited all day for a package to be delivered by 2:30. At 5:35 the driver came and left with a message could not deliver, not home or business closed. Once again driver could not be bothered to use callbox so no delivery. Try again today. Too many packages returned because the drivers do such a lousy job. FedEx needs to get a phone system with an actual live person to talk to.

Wish I could give them a no star. I was home waiting for my package and the drive didn't knock or make himself known. I put my shoes on to go outside and he was gone with a note on the side of my house. Called Fed ex center and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for the situation OR the driver.. asked to speak to a manager and they responded you have to come in directly to speak to a manager. So frustrating.. worst customer service ever..

I had an issue with a pkg being in my daughter’s name so they would not release it to me. After speaking to a supervisor (sorry I didn’t get his name) he resent his driver out to redeliver and I had my pkg in less than 20 mins. Thank you so much for the great customer service!!!!!

Awful customer service. Expecting an overnight package. It was delayed over a week. Delivery attempts were improperly done. Fed ex didn’t knocked and bolted not allowing time to get to door. I waived down the truck driving away once after running out. Representatives at 1-800 number assured they’d attempt again same day. I waited around all day and nothing. Next day same thing. I even waited on front door. A third rep stated I was misinformed and my type of service wasn’t even done on weekends. I was told the Depot was going to call me back in a few minutes with a resolution to get my package asap. It’s the end of the day, they’re now closed and no call. I think reps on phone say what you want to hear just so you don’t give them a poor survey rating. Terrible setup. I will not use fed ex again and will avoid retailers/purchases that use it. I’ll be using UPS going forward.

Great! I had three packages from Nike that weren't able to be delivered because Nike was being cheap a$$e$$ and sent all three (separate) packages with one tracking number, so FedEx couldn't leave them. The Lady called me and offered to hold them for me so that I could pick them up on Saturday. She was very nice too. A+

The worst to use for shipping or for receiving. The drivers in this location have no pride in there job therefore expect the drivers to make zero attempts to drop off your package, unless your waiting outside until they show up, which unfortunately you have no clue the exact time they will show.

I was waiting for a package that contained eyeglasses ALL day long.The driver called my building at 3:26. I got downstairs in one minute and they had already left.And to add insult-the online update says that they tried at 3:24.
