On time on key and to the point. I called John and told him what I wanted and when I was going to arrive. When I arrived at GET everything was ready. The time it took to complete the deal probably took an hour....this was my greatest experience dealing with a car dealership. The whole crew made it happen....if you need a car give them a chance they will get it done.

So grateful for the service and people here! I woke up one morning and my Jeep wouldn't start- had to have it towed into the dealer. Of course it had just gone over the miles for warranty, but the caring people at Glenn Thomas were able to get all the repairs covered and had my car back the next day. Thank you so much!

My husband and I just bought a 2-Door Jeep from here and wanted to leave a review about my experience. I researched online for the model I wanted, and called several dealers. Got a decent quote from Glenn Thomas, so went into see the car. I was able to get a better deal in person. I guess being there in person lets them know you are a serious buyer, so they are willing to work with you more.John Carter was my salesperson. We liked him a lot. He is not pushy and pretty straight forward. Pleasant to work with him. I would recommend you ask for him if you don't like the typical car shopping/haggling process.

Very disappointed with Frank in service department. It's been an absolute inconvenience. I had been working with Dan, however he was out sick. My appointment was scheduled for yesterday. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:00am to have my stereo replaced and check the AC unit. At 3:00pm I called for an update up but no response. I followed up an hour later and was told that they would need to keep my vehicle for two days. Would I like to proceed? I asked if they would be able to assist with a rental? He said no, we're already replacing the part that would've cost you $2,000 you're only paying your deductible. We're not doing that too. I have two customers standing in front of me so you'll have to wait until I can get to you. I responded... Okay, have my car ready for pick up. When I get there my car is already out front. He hands me my keys and said we'll see you tomorrow. I informed him that I would have to figure out my car situation first. After leaving I realized that they didn't put the parts back together. My husband called this morning to ask why they didn't put the parts back together before giving it back to me? and now it's a totally different story. Said it was a misunderstanding and he would be able to set up the rental for $50.00 a day. WOW really??? That's B.S and you know it. You were very dismissive about it yesterday and you knew that I was coming from Woodland Hills. You have very poor customer service. Definitely can not work under pressure.I should've gone back to Rydell Jeep in San Fernando Valley. Top notch service. I work in Long Beach and thought it would be convenient but turned out to be an inconvenience. Dan was very helpful though when I was there last week. And to the management team, I understand it can get crazy when you're short staffed but that should never affect the service your customers are getting. Had I received a call informing me of what needed to be done then I could've made arrangements earlier in the day to get my own rental. But the fact that I had to follow up with him twice. It was just about 5:00pm when I got my vehicle back. It was raining and I was stranded at work. Far from home...Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else!

This dealership has the BEST DEALS. I just leased a 2023 Grand Cherokee 4xe Overland. I'm very happy with my deal. There was some confusion because there's so many rebates on this model, but we got it all sorted. Overall I had an excellent experience working with Robert (sales), Raphael (manager), and Brad Davis (finance). Make sure to ask for them when you visit. They had no dealer add-ons snuck into my lease, no surprises, and were great guys. I had so many sneaky sharky experiences at other dealers like LAX and Van Nuys. I'm glad I drove down from West Hollywood to work with these gentlemen .

I went to look for a car at Glen E. Thomas. They had a blue Jeep, which was my dream car!!!! Jesse James help me! He showed me the car, he was helpful and answered all the questions I had! If you need a car, definitely ask for Jesse James! He made buying the car a pleasant experience!

Wow! The team here was incredible to work with. Nate and Brad helped me order my truck and kept me up to date each week. They also made sure I had everything ready for pickup. I literally flew from Utah to lease my new Ram because I was tired of trying to get what I wanted at the dealers here. Disappointed with the updated Test Drive PolicyI recently visited the Glenn E Thomas Dealership, and I must say, I was taken aback by their test drive policy. They insisted on conducting a credit check and agreeing to monthly payments before allowing me to test drive a car. As someone who had been to a numerous dealership before, I found this approach quite perplexing.I believe that a test drive is an essential part of the car-buying experience, as it allows customers to get a feel for the vehicle and ensure it meets their needs. Requiring financial commitment upfront seems unnecessary and somewhat counterintuitive.It's possible that there may have been reasons behind this policy, such as protecting their inventory or managing customer demand. However, I can't help but wonder if there might be a better way to handle these concerns without alienating potential customers.As a seasoned sales professional myself, I was particularly disappointed by the treatment I received. I firmly believe in building trust and establishing a positive rapport with customers, irrespective of their background or ethnicity.Overall, I was deeply dissatisfied with this dealership's approach. The experience left a lasting negative impression, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I hope that Glenn E Thomas Dealership takes this feedback into consideration and reevaluates their “policies” to ensure a more customer-friendly approach in the future.

We had a very good experience buying a hybrid Pacifica here. After we’d narrowed down which trim package and options we wanted, my spouse spoke with Jesse over the phone, and he was able to efficiently access the dealership’s available stock and find one that met all our criteria and happened to be on sale for an unusually low price (because it had sat on the lot for a while). When we went to the dealership the next day, Jesse wasn’t in, so his colleague John worked with us and was also very helpful, friendly, patient, and not pushy. The manager Tony worked with us to iron out the terms of the purchase, and, like Jesse and John, he patiently answered our questions, took time to give us clear explanations, and respected our decision to decline certain options. Sonja was friendly as she walked us through all the paperwork and was forthcoming in her answers to our questions. They got the van all cleaned up while we did the paperwork, so it was ready and waiting for us by the time we were done, and John helped me pair my phone to the car’s computer, which I appreciated.We’re grateful that everyone we interacted with at Glenn E. Thomas was kind and patient with us and didn’t pressure us with upselling. It went about as smoothly and pleasantly as I can imagine a (normal? non-celebrity/super-wealthy?) car purchase can, which was cool.
