Hilltop Park is a popular spot known for its awesome views and peaceful atmosphere. Visitors enjoy bringing their dogs, families, and even working from their laptops while taking in the beautiful scenery. The park has a restroom, although it can be dirty at times. Parking is limited, but the park remains highly recommended, especially at sunset or sunrise. The view was amazing. Parking was a bit of a hassle. Also there were motorcycle riders parked on the grass and the walking path. Had to go around them onto the grass. Bunch of douches. But the park had a cool vibe.
