The number of stars for this review were adjusted down after 2 deliveries with a gas range that still isn't set correctly. .... Service was great when I shopped for a gas range. Selection was good, and prices were similar to other stores. I really appreciated the knowledgeability of the sales associates and patience with questions, compared with other stores. Delivery was a giant hassle. I was told that because I'm at the end of the route, any day I request delivery will be in a window from 3 to 7. The range was delivered and the crew said I needed a replacement of it due to a stuck rack. They left it hanging out 4-5 inches past the counter in my kitchen, because they said a replacement would be quick. The delivery of the replacement a week later was better; the deliverers were much more adept at getting it into the tight spot without damaging the granite countertop next to the range, as the first crew had. Then, I realized that the range isn't leveled. (!)n The problem is that even after two errors that were those of Home Depot, I can't get it leveled for another week. I can't imagine going to Home Depot for a major appliance ever again.

Poor customer service, when I went there the other day half the staff was out to lunch and the others were hanging around the customer kiosk. I needed an item that they had in stock (grout) in a pallet which no one wanted to bring down from the top shelf until they had everyone back from lunch. This is not the first time that this happened. I had checked in the week before for the same item, and it was the issue again. The main problem seems to be is that there is no one around to be able to take ownership of the inventory whenever they run out of a product or be able to supply the shelves correctly. Corporate needs to please notice of this because it's costing customers time and money.

I worked security at this location on Dec 25th to 26th for 20 hours straight. Home Depot only paid for 14.5 hours and kept 5.5 hours

Coustomer service/ Returns had an attitude when i was trying to replace and failed to help me with some Husky tools which supposedly have lifetime warranty. They look at you as if you are some low life who cannot afford tools. MFs why offer lifetime warranty if they are not going to make it valid. Mind you i had the tools for over a year and im going to Lowe's to replace the broken tools for brand new ones.

Hi Home Depot shoppers,I would like to share an incident that happened in november 23nd 2023 around 10:30Am at home depot store located at 271 E spring st, signal hill.I witnessed a few customer waiting in the line there was 2 cashregister near the prodesk one of the casheir was chatting with the customer over 15 minutes and exchanged phone number one of the customers aproached the cashier and explained to her "this is not a place to chat we have work to get to" the cashier responded with an additute "Go back to the line" the second customer approached her to tell her that what she is doing is not right but the cashier just ignored the customer the third customer lost his patience and then an argument broke out with the 3rd customer and the cashier the argument was kinda loud but the sad thing was that the head of the cashier her name was Maria she should up with 3 other workers and acted like a gangster toward the customers and it was unbelivable i have never seen anything like this is and the customer was asking to speak to the manager even when the 2 managers showed up those home depot employee's were still shouting toward the customer even when the 2 managers showed up they didnt even handle the situation right they should have tooken the employee out of the floor and investigate why this even happened and i belive they dont deserve to be part of customer service and this store should be reported to the BBB and also to measuring wages i think this store needs new managment i strongly belive Lowes is the better store with with customer service.Jessica Donaldson.

A little birdie overheard a cashier talking at the returns counter. The customer service was not professional. During the entire transaction, the cashier was in conversation with other coworkers talking about what alcohol he prefers to drink. He even dropped the "F" bomb in the conversation. Word to the Wise: Customers walking by should not be able to hear your employee's inappropriate conversations!

Asked 3 different people for help to purchase a kit. They all said someone will help you in a moment. 20 mins later i decided to just leave. I would stay away from getting in-store help. Purchase it online have it delivered or pick it up. Thats what i will do.

I know no one asked but kind of annoying that I've applied to like 100 jobs in the last month or two and no one gets back to me... I am literally writing reviews to places I've applied to even went in and called etc that haven't gotten back because why tf arent you doing your job?? be fr I got bills to pay and school doesn't start until Jan for me its not that hard to hire one individual. people/managers swear this generation doesn't want to work but bruh I am giving all I got for one minimum wage job the real problem is these ppl with power DONT want to do THIER jobs when it is so simple to do. and im not even exaggerating I've applied EVERYWHERE wake tf up and do your jobs!!! ppl who actually want work are hurting out here smh.
