I never use this website except 11 days ago. I ordered some ink for my copy machine and the option was three business days and it’s been 11 days now. And I haven’t seen nothing and by the way, I tried to call them and no answer my next step. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this is scam written all over it and I am going to call my bank and cancel the credit card charge.

If you LOVE print splatters all over your pages, if you feel ECSTATIC over misprints, smeared letters, if GARBAGE PRODUCTS really get you 'going', then grab this crap and waste LOTS of time trying to get a decent page print. We purchased both TONER and DRUM from LD (Lousy -Disgusting) Products, and WHOA !!!!!!! such pure CRAP. Go with those cheap, junky, worthless Chinese 'knock-offs'. They have MUCH better quality than LD (Likely Disaster) Products. Spent more time trying the junk they sent us for HP, Brother, and other printers. ALL of their items are HORRIBLE. Constantly cleaning drum, cartridge, etc., but NO IMPROVEMENT whatsoever. Yep, LD (Luridly Disgraceful) Products is, without a single DOUBT, is the worst excuse for anything related to printing products. THEN !!! DOZENS of calls to their office to TRY and get any sort of resolution, only to find that Customer Service DOES NOT exist at LD (Lemons - Deplorables) Products. NEVER received a single call-back. PLEASE buy ANYTHING but LD (Lackluster-Dreadful) Products. WORSE than horrible.

Don't bother to call their 888 number since (1) they will ask you to leave a VM after 10 minutes of holding and (2) nobody will call you back when you decide to choose the call back option. I did order from them when they were located in Long Beach without any issue. Will wait to see if they ever reply for my replacement request or I need to go to PayPal for my refund. So disappointedUpdate: To the reply of the owner - you asked me to email or call to get my issue resolved. I suppose you just cut and pasted your reply without reading my post. I tried emailing and calling already. I just sent a message as suggested by youFinal update and modification of my previous review upon the response received via emailI finally received an email response from their CS a few days ago. I was asked to go through several steps to see if my printer could recognize the LD ink cartridge. At the end, I was informed that I am expected to receive a refund minus postage to my account since the cartridge is no longer compatible with HP+ printers like my HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e. A lesson was learned.

To all the customers DON'T laser printer cartridges from this company. They have been sending the trash to the customers. This company no longer stands what they use to be. I have been buying cartridges from this company but they have been messing up their orders recently. I ordered 5 cartridge package they never shipped. I contacted via email then send me two cartridges and forgot the rest. Sent another message then they send me trash in the mail. Called the so called customer services no one picks their phones at customer service, don't return the phone calls and they don't reply to the emails. I will wait for few more days for them to get back before I file a law suit on this company so that they don't cheat any other customers.

Pretty obvious that my negative review will have little effect as it will be lost among all the others. I have a $79 credit for returning cartridges that both of my HP printers rejected. I tried to order genuine HP online with the credit and got a message that credits can only be used on phone orders. Well, a quick read of the other reviews will tell how far I've gotten with that. No one ever answers but you can be put in the queue for a call back which never happens. I've emailed customer service which was very responsive once upon a time, but no more.

I have been a customer of LD Products since 2012. They used to be great -- competitive prices, fast shipping. I used to receive my orders within days of placing them. However, something has changed and not for the good.I placed an order on 12/17/2023. It didn't ship out to me until 1/10/2024. During that wait period, I tried repeatedly to reach their customer service. The phone never gets answered.Last week I decided to give them another chance. Again, after 8 days I have yet to hear anything from them in the way of a shipment confirmation and their phones are still not being answered.It's time for me to find a new ink and toner supplier.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! It is basically a scam company. I ordered 2 printer cartridges and 1 pen. They sent the pen via UPS, but never sent the printer cartridges. However, since the pen was sent via UPS, the tracking number for my order shows up as complete and delivered. I tried to contact the company and UPS. UPS shows they delivered the order, however their picture of the delivery only shows the envelope that the pen was sent in. There are no boxes, the largest printer cartridge would have required a box for shipment. The packing slip shows only the pen was placed in the envelope. The company website also indicates that my full order was delivered. I tried to contact the company several times via phone (they cut off the calls after waiting on hold for several minutes). I have left messages, sent emails, and left reviews on their company website. NO ONE HAS EVER GOTTEN BACK TO ME, so basically their customer service in non-existent. At this point the pen that I ordered for $1.20 ended up being a very expensive pen since my credit card was billed for all 3 items on the day I placed the order.

DON'T BUY from this horrible compaby. THEY HAVE A... D- RATING...with the BBB. So many complaints. So many bad reviews online and even on Google Maps. The customer service number offers an option to call you back.. of course, they don't.

The products are terrific, but the customer service is non-existent. They don't answer the phone and the system cuts you off after 10 minutes or so of being on hold. Even if you leave your number on the recording "for the next available agent," you will never get a call back. I don't understand this. I have an order I need to return, and my only recourse at this point to get their attention is to cancel the transaction on my credit card.

I have ordered from LD for many years with no problems. Over the last few months they sent me Ink which did not work in my HP printer. They stated that they didnt have the latest chips and sent me new ones which also did not work! I have a credit with them I have been trying to use and have been trying to get ahold of them for over 3 weeks with repeated calls and emails and NOTHING! Never again..

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID: Something is horribly wrong with this once great company. No idea what, they will not respond. Service: Used to be good, even great. Now I can't get them on the phone to do an order for toner. Ordered online: got an acknowledgement and a bill from my Amex card, but no toner, no shipping info. Will not call back even if I leave an number (as recommended). Next call will be to AMEX to get our money back. I'm not sure what has happened but it can't be good. Selection: suits our needs. Value: If we can get our product, great.

Really wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Same complaints as everyone else on here. I guess I'm out my money, because I cannot reach anyone, did not get a confirmation of shipping, and I don't see any resolutions in these reviews. I'm going to have to get them elsewhere. So very, very sad. I can't afford this.
