Please put the protective barriers back up! They protect the customers as well as your employees from catching and spreading diseases. I was so disappointed when I went to conduct business here and the safety barriers were gone!Please put them back up!

I banked with this place for 7 years my father R.I.P. banked with them for 20 plus years. I deposited a check for $526. and some change into there ATM on a Friday morning. The receipt that came out of the machine red $52,000 and some change later that day I withdrew $5,000 from my account. I had $4,700 coming from a filed tax refund that should have been deposited in my account. The next day or two days later $47,000 was cleared in my account for that whole day and for that whole day I did not touch it. My mother with whom I shared a joint account contacts me telling me her account was wiped out and her balance was $0.00 or -$41.00. I contacted the bank and explained to them what had happened and sent them an email with my filed tax return attached show them as my direct deposit bank. They closed my account and filed grand left charges on me. Even after I they received my tax return for 4,700 and I walk in and pay them $686.00 in cash. Leaving a $0.00 balance due. They call me back and leaving a message that I owe more still in fees. What fees? My account has been closed for over a year now The credit union received their money I can longer bank with them which really sucks after 7 years of banking with them. Their ATM makes a mistake and then something else on there side over looks clearing a check for $52,600 and odd dollars placing into my account.

I've had direct deposit for over a year and yet they want me to prove my income if you're not about to community care about themselves and have been banking with then for more than 3 years I tried get a personal loan because I need it and they declined me due to lack of proof of income. I have direct deposit for over 12 months.

This financial institution is based all around their customers. Its small enough as to were the tellers know almost all of their customers. They are friendly and their rates are very competitive. They are always willing to help. I took out a small summer loan for a family vacation and I can honestly say, this was the easiest process ever. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

I've been working for the city of Long Beach since 2007. I finally got myself to open up an account with LBCEFCU recently. I was greeted gracefully by the front desk staff and Nelia, who helped set up my account was just the greatest. She took the time to get to know me and showed sympathy in an unfortunate event that occurred in my life, showed me how to set up my account via mobile app, made sure I got it set up so that I wouldn't have problems when I got home and even included my children and how I can start saving for them, but was in no rush to do so unless I was ready and certain that was what I wanted. Overall, LBCEFCU is, by far, the best customer service in all branches I've ever walked into. This experience makes it worth walking into a branch.

Fast and friendly. What could anyone else ask from a union. Fiscally responsible and exempt helpful.
