“First time stopping by this location, it is on my way to work and figured instead of buying fast food I'd drop in for a snack and some fridge necessities. The store is very clean and easy to navigate. The line wait was a little lengthy but hey when you aren't in a rush & people are being nice, I have no issues in this life! The spicy chicken tenders from the deli/hot bar in the back are absolutely amazing, I really appreciate the mango habanero sauce that the gentleman recommended- this was better than any fast food chicken tender! They were affordable & traveled well to the car. (2 generous sized tenders for 3.99- sauce included) Many items I purchased were on sale- that made me happy, the clerks were very helpful, attentive, and friendly! Shopping at Stater Bros is very nostalgic and reminds me of my grandparents. Thoroughly enjoyed this grocery store visit. Until next time! Thank you!”

“Today I received exceptional customer service from Joey in the Signature café. I didn't realize the cafe closes around 3pm so there was no one there to make sandwiches. When I explained to Joey that I had driven to this location specifically for a sandwich and asked him if he could make me one, he smiled and said yes. I was so grateful that he took the time to make me a sandwich but beyond that, he really impressed me with his willingness to provide excellent customer service! It's people like Joey who need to be recognized and applauded. Thank you Joey!!!”
“Without exception, the staff has been friendly and helpful to me. Sometimes it's a challenge to find someone working on the flooring (staffing?) but the place is always immaculate and well stocked. Oh, and the ice cream! It's conveniently located on the corner of Warner and Bolsa Chica, so you can buzz straight down Warner to the beach .”
“I normally don't have the best experience at Walgreens My local Cypress location is awful and I stopped shopping there about a year ago. But on my way home from a client appointment, I needed to get something, so I stopped in to this Walgreens. I'm glad I did because it was the best experience I have had in a long time that had nothing to do with inventory or getting a great deal. It was solely because of the kindness of two store employees. First, was Desiree, who was walking the store and stopped to ask if I needed anything. I politely declined and kept shopping. I saw her again and this time needed her help. She guided me to the correct aisle with a friendly smile and went back to work. I saw her one more time as I was making my way to the front of the store and she said, "Checking in one last time before I go home. Do you need help with anything else?" I did not but Thacker her and wished her a good night. Then when I finally got to the register, Katie checked me out and was so nice and polite, I wondered if I was still on planet Earth!! Had I died and gone to Walgreens heaven?? These ladies absolutely made my night!! So often, great customer service is non existent. No one behind the counter greets you, let alone, greets you with a smile and wishes you a good night. I'll definitely come back!”
“I could have sworn I've written a review about this place! This is my neighborhood Rite-Aid, the one I usually go to when I need certain things. Usually meds or vitamins and the like. But one of the reasons I love Rite-Aid is that at anytime I walk in, it always brings me back in the days when it was still called Thrifty's. And that they're the only one who has my one of my favorite ice creams, the rainbow sherbet. That's big considering my palate isn't really for anything sweet. Staff are always friendly whenever I come through. It's always clean and for the most part, everything is usually where they're supposed to be. So, yeah. All of my stops here have all been good. Unless something disastrous happens, there will always be future visits...”
