Working with on-line mortgage companies was not good at all. You would feel abandoned in your financial transaction. Last but not least, in my opinion, working with on-line mortgage companies, you are one transaction more. They work with volume of transactions, and I feel like you are just another number. Also, they work with certain parameters where your information criteria might not be in these parameters, in this case you may not be able to fulfill your financial transaction. With Martin, communication was very good. Even when he was unable to answer the phone call, he texted me and acknowledged that he received the call and called me right back. Also, he was able to guide me in other different steps on the transaction. In my opinion he went "the extra mile" as a mortgage loan service officer.
