I bought a bed back in February of 2023 and now it's September and the wood holding the bed up has cracked! I was told the bed had a year warranty so I figured the problem would be resolved. NOPE! Get they only send replacement parts and the customer service number is a iPhone number from a lady who don't return phone calls unless u threaten to sue them!!!! Definitely would not recommend this store to anyone and I paid about $1200 for the queen sized bed and frame!!

Absolutely fabulous, Chris went out of his way to find the piece I wanted and when I went in to pay and arrange for delivery I delt with a great guy named Miguel, he also was accommodating and worked with my schedule. And last but certainly not least are the Two gentlemen that delivered the piece, they were prompt courteous and respectful. Will definitely do business again if the need ever comes up.Highly recommend to all.

Made several purchases here but the experience has been nothing but hassle. First delivery guys slit both new leather couches unboxing them. After I discovered this, they did replace the furniture but the hassle of moving all this stuff in and out was a waste of my time. Now less than a year later the brand new bed is falling apart and after waiting a week for their service team to call me back, their only reasoning is that I should have bought non slip pads. Also, I should have seen the signs in the store posted stating this. Either way, gotta buy a new bed. Definitely not from Naders.

Recently Purchased a few items from Nader'sThe Furniture always looks great & is reasonably Priced and they also offer next-day delivery, I always come back to Nader's after other Funiture stores let me down.

I had a pleasant experience when I was in store. I purchased a floor model which I inspected and it displayed that included the pillows. I also included the delivery service as I did not want to struggle with moving it. Salesman advised that delivery in house included set up inside my house.My couch was left in the backyard, damaged with no pillows. The movers struggled to put it inside so decided to leave because they had a lot of other deliveries to fulfill. I have been continuously trying to call Nader's and they do not answer. The store advised that they couldn't help and I had to call their service department, but the service department only has a voicemail. I was able to get the couch inside which I don't understand why I paid for delivery fee to inside home if they wouldn't do this. Plus the movers damaged the couch leaving black stains and I never got my pillows. :/

No complaints. Items are fairly priced. Super helpful staff and the delivery guys were terrific. This was my 2nd time buying from Nadar's and it won't be the last.

My experience at the store was great. Sales representative was very helpful and nice. However, i give it 3 stars because the couch delivered is much harder than the one i tried at the store. I understand that people sit on it and get used daily, but this was my main reason for buying , I had to make sure it was not too firm for my back. I hope it will soften a bit as weeks go by or else i would have lost $900 ..

Movers busted my walls!!! Chris the assistant Manager should a be fired. I bought over $3000 worth of furniture when the bar stools I ordered arrived i smelled a funny smell coming off of them but I thought maybe it was the box but when I saw the BIG warning sign saying may cause cancer and birth defects as I am already pregnant I brought them back to the store and told him I was pregnant and the smell bothered me please take them it has a chemical warning sign on them. He stuck me with the stool and told me to drive them a 15 minutes to another store when Julia at the main location in Gardenia told me he could have excepted the stools I’m still smelling them in the back of my car and I can hardly breatheAssault? This only furthers my claim just be sure to refund everything that was returned which was 2 sets of stools and a vacuum that did not work.As mentioned Chris should be fired he could have been more professional as well as the lady who claims she was assaulted after putting her body on my wagon which cared the 4 bar stools she tried to say was delivered by mistake attempting to PREVENT me from having access to the stool I brought into your wear house. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL I would not like to return to this sort of environment after investing over $3000 in one order.And if anything is being left out it’s the part where I ALSO RECEIVED A DAMAGED LIGHT FIXTURE AS YOU ARE ALREADY AWARE NEEDS REPLACED…. But why would I return to such a low class environmentAlso I am still waiting for someone to get in touch with me for the BUSTED WALL from the movers, thanks a lot
