I sent in my Kenwood 110W unit to PCI Race Radios for service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Mark was the technician who worked on my unit, and he did an outstanding job. He not only performed a full overhaul and tuning on my Kenwood radio but also tuned my antenna whips to my race frequency with precision.
The service and communication throughout the process were top-notch. Mark kept me informed and ensured everything was dialed in perfectly before sending it back. Outstanding customer service is hard to come by. Everyone I spoke with at PCI was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a question regarding an amateur radio installation in my truck and received a prompt email response from Alex, who was extremely helpful. I went to PCI with no appointment for my truck, was seen right away, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. While I waited, Mike took time out of his day and talked to me about best antenna placement, and even hooked up my radio to an SWR meter to make sure everything worked as well as it could. These guys definitely know what they’re doing and I can’t recommend them enough. I’ll be back for any radio equipment needs for sure!
