Absolutely horrible!!! I ordered delivery through the app and DoorDash was the delivery service (which I didn’t know). The DoorDash delivery was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Putting all the delivery issues aside, I called the Petco store to complain as there was no option to complain directly to DoorDash since the order was placed through Petco. When I called the store, I asked to speak to a manager and the lady who answered the phone immediately asked “why do you need a manager”. Once I finally got to speak to a manager (Bob) about my experience he was so quick to defend “it’s not our problem”. I continued to argue with him that I ordered through Petco not DoorDash and they should take some sort of responsibility for the incredibly poor service I received since they hired DoorDash to provide the delivery service. He said if I had a problem I’d have to file a complaint to Petco corporate. Bob was so unprofessional and rude. How does Petco allow someone like that to become a manager. He was incredibly argumentative and aggressive with me. The professional thing would have been to simple apologize…. Which at no time did he do rather say “it’s not our problem, if you want to make a complaint, contact Petco corporate office”. I spend hundreds of dollars a week at this store which I will never again. Before I ended the call, I asked “who am I speaking to”, and he said “I already told you my name was Bob”. Wow… incredibly terrible service.

I have stopped coming here because their customer service was getting worse, they picked the wrong item for me, return was a pain, on top of that the app and website are extremely difficult to use.

5/9/24 Update:
It seems somebody took my comments to heart and lowered the price of my favorite cat litter! Their price is even lower than Walmart!
Employees were very helpful but their cat litter was a bit overpriced, even on sale!
