Located in a big parking lot next to Costco and Home Depot. We purposely drive all the way to this location because we have found them to be friendly and very helpful. Steve has helped us out the past few times we've visited.

Worst customer service ever, came in today to try and purchase a new iPhone. I'm exchange for my last years model, they gave me so many stupid excuses saying they couldn't find the water mark. They don't know what they're doing, plain and simple they don't want to credit your account if it's a high amount. They're plain lazy. I went to another T-Mobile and they were able to process my request without hesitation and found what they were looking for.. this location doesn't even deserve a star. They need to work on custom service and work ethics. Because the employees here, manager included are extremely lazy..

Came in to finally move from my many years from Sprint and came just in time before the lunch rush. The team helped me so much by breaking down the logistics of transitioning to T-mobile. You can tell they knew the ins and outs of their company policies and were professional. They also had a non intimidating approach with all your questions and concerns. Alex was one of the team members along with their expert and retail manager. They all were so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend them and their services!

Great service, very knowledgeable about products and company plans and promotions. My husband and I were served by Jonathan Macias who was amazing. With the "patience of Job" he listened to our concerns (we were Sprint customers) and answered about a hundred questions. He presented the various options, plans and programs offered by T Mobile in clear terms so that even I a mobile phone challenged person understood and was able to make educated decisions. What could have been confusing and scary Jonathan made the process an enjoyable learning experience!

I was in the store on Tuesday and Abdul and I think his name was Alex helped me and they were amazing. I was so annoying and asked about a million questions that they patiently answered for me a million times. I got a new phone, new number, new EVERYTHING and they made it super easy. THANK YOU!

The person who was helping me wore the mask under his nose the entire time.... really???? The guy who I asked for simple thing tried to sell me a kingdom instead. Very unprofessional, not understanding what customer wants or needs but what is better for a salesman. Disappointed.

Today I tried to trade in my iPhone 7 for a new iPhone 12. An hour later they still couldn’t figure out how to do it and so I left. Yes, something as simple as that. They were blaming their problems on employee passwords and computer glitches. Inexcusable.
