Very clean store as well when you walk in they acknowledge you and welcome you once you step inside. Can be busy sometimes but they are quick to help everyone inside. Got helped by Lino and he was a quick problem solver and was very patient with me. Appreciate the help as well his coworkers making the atmosphere welcoming and comfortable.

I signed in.Waited a hour before I get a rude service person. I think her name was Bella. I was told by T-mobile that I could take the phones there.Bella refused to take the phones so I can return them. While I was waiting for the hour.The same people that was there at the beginning of the hour and the same people were still there when I left the store. Slow customer service,and rude.I'm glad I went to a different phone service.?

They are so friendly and helpful. Jonathan is great at costumer service . Any question and any request asked he did and he answered. He also helped his coworkers in a very friendly manner and gave them great advice. It is a place where they really make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

This review is way overdue! Came to T-Mobile to upgrade my phone and add a line. As soon as I walked inside workers acknowledged and greeted me. Bella the sales rep that was helping me out was extremely helpful. She’s very knowledgeable and explained everything that I had questions about thoroughly. Her customer service was excellent!!! So if you want to have a wonderful experience at this T-Mobile store, like I did, make sure and ask for Bella to help you!! :)

The first experience was amazing, 2nd mehhh, 3rd horrible and just like Tmobile. So I purchased a phone from here which was defective from the box and decided as well that the phone was too small and wanted to go to the 14+. I first was told that I couldn't return the device and I have to come back the next day because the person assisting me did not get the proper training to do his job correctly Until his other associates pushed him to make a phone call or send a text message to their boss to which he did figure it out, but then told me that I needed to pay the $70 restocking fee for a device that they sold me which was defective which customers care had already stated that they wouldn't. As he gave me a choice of either pay the $70 or come back another day because originally he had said come back tomorrow, but then was told there's no manager tomorrow after he guaranteed there was gonna be one several times he basically got very disrespectful with the way his manners and tone were against me, which made me feel threatened, I have filed a formal complaint with Tmobile as well and I can see it through with a couple phone calls to the district manager as well. Also, the one thing I have to say is they treated me unfairly since the second I walked in the door because they assisted other clients ahead of me because they had already had to deal with my complaints of subpar service before. Wouldn't recommend my enemy or let alone my family or friends

I had wonderful experience switching from Spectrum. Jonathan was our representative with best attitude and very knowledgeable. He zipped through 2 phone transfer and applied all discounts available. I even switched my internet with higher speed at most resealable price. Also noticed the manager was in full control of his representatives.Most professional, very happy.

This T-mobile Team here @ Carson & Cherry has Me elated I didn't quit. The Carpenter/Entrepreneur in Me left here very satisfied. From their busy Manager (Bryan) to Fidel to Herbert(the Brain) & don't forget the anon. Lady. Google got Me here in a jif and That Crew Shined for a reason.50 Stars is more like it!!
