I know consumers are cranky and not on their best behavior in the last few days before Christmas, but I will say I appreciate everyone working at this Target for being here for my procrastinating self! But most especially Mackenzie and Xzavier at the Starbucks inside. They were sweet and kind in spite of it all and appreciate their exceptional service. From one customer service employee to another: you both ROCK! Give these guys a bonus :)

If I could give this GHETTO AZZ Target a zero I would!! I picked the drive up service to get a few items. One of them was an 800 count pack of BABY WIPES. Wait until I show you what these BUMS brought to my car! What in the RATATOUILLE IS THIS??!! I wouldn't wipe off my dog with these! The fact that someone thought these were suitable to wipe ANYBIDY down let alone a baby, is SICKENING!! They're disgusting!!

I'm not gonna give this five stars only because the parking is complete trash and I hate the fact that there's only one entrance in this damn target. But it's raining right now really bad as we all know this is winter season and I am walking outside with my basket full of things that I purchased and my basket end up blocking on me in the middle of the street while it was raining and the nice employee was so nice, he helped me to my car help me put the things in my trunk. That was very nice so thanks target

Nothings changed, rudeness, and incompetence place is still a dump. What a shame. It has not been that long since the remodel. We couldn't tell that it has been remodeled still a dump.

Had a horrible experience at the Starbucks in the store. The girl at the register was being extremely rude. Heavy set young woman had an attitude when I asked for drinks. She was snarky when she said we don't have the caramel, asked for chocolate chip cookie and again with the snarky attitude. I sincerely hope she is having an off day and hope it gets better for her but she works in customer service so some pleasantness comes with that title. Hope Target checks up on their employees from time to time. I ended up getting a drink but the quality was just not there. Starbucks and Target get it together! Get it together!!!!!!! Quality of the employee is the result of the quality of management....I have spoken

I would like to commend Eddie for his exceptional customer service in the electronics/ tech area. I came in particularly clueless as to the type of cord and charger I needed. Eddie had patience with me and made the time to look at my drawings of the USB I thought I needed. He also gave me advice about other issues. He also suggested that I take photos of my various devices that need to be charged so he could help me further.I truly appreciate his kind and helpful attitude and service!

I was visiting from Vegas last week, and was staying near this Target. I put in a drive up order for ONE THING that I had forgotten to bring and needed for a family gathering that evening. I put in the order, drove from the hotel I was staying at to the store (took about a half an hour), and when I hadn't received any notifications, I asked the girl in the drive up tent about my order.She asks: "What time did you put in the order?"I gave her the time.. about a half hour earlier."Oh, so the reason why it's not ready is because it hasn't been two hours."Basically, this girl went on to tell me that the whole "ready WITHIN two hours" thing isn't how they run THEIR store and they make you wait the ENTIRE two hours just.. because. I waited.. and I waited. I waited an hour. Finally I asked the lady who seemed like the one "in charge" (I think her name was Antoinette or something similar) if there was any way to check on my order over the radios that they clearly wear on their vests."We don't have any radio contact with the store."Really?Mind you, as we're having this conversation, another young guy was running back and forth between the store and another car picking up items that I guess were forgotten, including a box of cookies. You have no way to check on the orders?"No.." she says, and then basically tells me AGAIN that I HAVE to wait at least two hours.I dunno, man, but I've worked in customer service for a lot of years, and making customers wait for simple things just on principle seems really ridiculous. If the store is too busy, maybe you need more staff, BETTER staff, or you just need to rethink the whole store.

This is for the Customer service lines & Drive up. They never pick up their phones. I don't know if they just let them ring! Usually shop in store but today I couldn't personally get off and shop. I placed an online order indicating pick up would be ready same day. It never was ready drove up to the drive up and asked for information. 3 employees were walking out together for one order. Hanging out it seemed. Talking about they are super backed up and that I can just cancel & shop in store Lol I would if I could've smh Not everyone is lazy. There is a reason I did drive-up. They didn't seem to be super backed up if they are all out just chit chatting. I hate to come on here to just leave a negative review.

Honesty first, even tho this is a nice target inside, it feels very unsafe. There are tons of sketchy characters hanging in the parking lot as if it was a swap meet, taking a few spots with their comforter, paintings, Jesus in a cross wooden 5" foot-decor, selling chicharron, selling tamales. Then you have 3 people asking for donations on the sidewalk. It's hard to find parking due to the street sellers taking so many spots. I literally got out of the car, shopped, left, and my husband found parking. I told him just to stay in the car because we just back from Ross and I didn't want my car broken into. Will only shop here out of desperation and necessity. The employees I encountered were very nice!!!

Went to the exchange counter to exchange an item because it didn't work once battery was installed. Gave lady at counter the item and the receipt. She rang it up and said the credit card will receive credit in three days or so but they don't do exchanges. Excuse me, but what does that sign behind you read?And she wouldn't give me a receipt. It took the involvement of her manager Justin to accomplish that. He confirmed that they don't do exchanges. He tried some bs excuse which we both knew was nonsense. Lying Target does it again. Their so-called "exchange" department does no such thing despite the foot-high signage claiming they do. Why won't they do what they say they will? Granted, the amount of money they're floating on isn't significant (what in Target is?) but when you multiply that over thousands of customers at hundreds of stores it means that you can do A LOT of floating on other people's money. It really adds up!Just another "semi-legit" scam to pull on the public.

It pains me to have to leave this review because it takes time to do so after this Target location wasted my time failing to follow through with their advertised services. I ordered 3 items at 9am, expecting them to be ready at 11am however, deciding to pickup at around noon as a buffer for any delays. 1. Toothpaste 2. Mouthwash 3. Cleaning wipes (*****All of which were in stock and could have easily been ready in less than 10 minutes. I timed myself and was paying the cashier in under 7 ) 3.5 hours later they were not ready. Called from the 'Pick Up' parking space, no answer calling 3 times. All calls were disconnected at different lengths of hold times so someone was dropping the calls. Do not order pickup expecting any sense of urgency from this store. Don't expect them to meet the standards they advertise and claim they meet. Don't waste your time. I will never shop here again. I hope I have saved more than a few of you from having your time wasted. Thank you Amazon for your continued commitment to and for always going above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

Terrible drive up experiences at this location!! I've given up on coming here. I ONLY experience long wait times here at this location. 30 minutes? I could have gotten in and out of the store quicker than the time I've wasted sitting in my car on MULTIPLE occasions. Staff is inexperienced and rude.

I have never waited this long for a drive up order. I have a toddler who is screaming in the background because they are taking so long. I have been waiting for 30 minutes now and waited 40 three days ago. The team members walk insanely slow to your car like we haven't been waiting here forever. Do not do drive up with this Target. EVER.

Dirty Dirty Dirty! Always out of stock and very unorganized. The worst is the customer service is horrible! You think their Starbucks will be different. Their cashier Samone is full of it and very rude. Go to another target this place is hell.
