“Make sure you have your paperwork and ducks in a row. They're not good with how much was in there and what you. Tried charging for a dolly that we reserved but they didn't have one available. We prepaid for our reservation and we show up and there's no truck available so we have to drive so over LA.”

Fair pricing and amazing customer service from start to end.All the details taken care of -- from questions a few days before, to reservation the day before, to a good bit of patience waiting on me measuring the truck the morning of, to reminders on how to drive it properly, how to start propane engines, to warnings about how many up and downs I can use on the liftgate without emptying the battery, to having a backup battery jumper in the truck, to straps of various lengths in the back, all the way down to a fair, honest bill upon return (no undiscussed or nickel and dime type charges).”

“We recently dropped off a U-Haul truck and Dolly here and Jeff Garrido helped us out. He was very friendly and made our return super easy. We actually rented the U-Haul and Dolly from another U-Haul distributor in Rancho Cucamonga and dropping items off in Hawthorne and didn't want to incur any extra charges so we asked for the drop-off to take place here. We dropped everything off at 11:40 a.m. and Jeff took care of it quickly and we were out the door in about 10 minutes. Thank you Jeff and the whole U-Haul crew!”

“This is a side business for Postal Annex+. They rent U-Haul trucks but don't have a large selection. They do not sell packing boxes. They quickly brought my big truck around from the back and got me through the paperwork. My late night return was hindered by app settings but was successful.”
