“I had a good experience taking my car over to Cerritos Toyota. Claudia was very friendly and super helpful. It felt like a pleasant personalized experience.
Only downside I’d say was in regards to the waiting area. It felt a little run down and there wasn’t enough tables to work from (one table top was not secure so you couldn’t set anything on top without it tilting a lot). Also, one of the main seating areas nearest the bathrooms smelled like bathroom cleaning supplies. It smelled very strong and I opted to sit outside.”

“My experience at JC’s Auto was fantastic. They were incredibly patient and supportive of my requests. As I came on the lot Juan came out to great me in a very relaxed and welcoming manner, gave me space to inspect the vehicle. I never felt any pressure to buy at any time during my visit. I asked to have the vehicle inspected at my mechanic, without hesitation Juan’s response was “No problem!”. When I got the green light from my mechanic after the inspection, I called up and Alex was able to draw up the paperwork and send it to me within 5 minutes so that I could get my payment sorted before returning to JC’s Auto to purchase the vehicle. Once I arrived back, I was met by Juan who introduced me to Alex in person and everything was completed in less than 10 minutes. I had a great chat with Alex and we were able to connect on a personal level. Loved my experience, Juan and Alex you are both doing car sales right!
