I have rewards to use and they were showing me it was not showing on their end so to contact customer service to get it posted to their end so they could apply it to the work I was getting done that day. I called and they informed me that there is nothing they can do and that it was on the dealership guys to fix it. When I informed Martha what was said to me she took my information and said she would call but she never did and was not even going to bother bringing up the situation and was just going to have me pay. I brought it up and she said she tried to create an account for me and it was showing I already have an account so she wasn’t sure why it's not posting to the account. I told her how I have been showing her from the beginning I have an account, it’s for this dealership and that I have $63.77 in service points and $250 in Sales. She responded to that saying, “Wow you have a lot in sales I wonder what you can do with that.”. I responded saying I don’t know but I want to use all my service points, she said she would go talk to the manager and see what they could do. This already was making me feel as though she wasn’t listening to me let alone even trying to help; Why create an account if I already have one and then when I show it to her again, avoid the issue at hand. When it came time to pay, she said my original total was $171 but was able to get me a “great” discount so now my total is $138. Reality though my original total was not $171 and I was not getting a $40 discount how she claimed and only got a $23 discount. Apparently that was the best they can do is give me a 15% off but that is not true by any means my step mom works at a Nissan dealership and told me they should have been able to honor it for me, could have taken my information so then it could have been removed from my account. Martha wanted to say next time I come in that just means I will have more rewards but this is now my second time coming and having a terrible experience. First time I was overcharged for something they never put in my car and when I questioned Martha again was the one that helped me, she assured me that it was all correct. I found out it was wrong when I sent the full receipt to my step mom and her service manager went over it and caught how they did over charge me. So I went and got the refund, but now this whole dilemma makes me never want to come back. I came in solely to use my service points, in the end I spent more money then I was planning to since I came with the intention to use my rewards and ended up only getting 15% off and Martha wanted to make it seem like it was the best deal ever and oblivious to how she made me feel. Not appreciated or valued at all as a customer. Never coming back, rather drive all the way to another dealership than to ever have to deal with the chance of being overcharged or not valued.

Good service. Checked my car for other needs and asked me if I’d like them done. They fixed all the extra needs quickly!

I competent, slow staff. Brought my car in for a recall service while I signed some paperwork. They returned my car from the service department and then I left. I get a call the next day saying they didn’t actually perform the service, after all. Not even an apology given!

This is the only Nissan dealership I ever go to and everytime is a great experience. Martha continues to go above and beyond everytime I get my regular oil change. She not only takes care of your vehicle but makes you feel like family while doing so. Hats off to this wonderful woman; thank you for all you do Martha!

Excellent service! Quincy, my service advisor, took the time with me, to compare what I wanted done to my car, to determine if it really needed to be done (because it was covered in my last service and there was time to wait to do it at my next service), and also looked at what would be the most cost-effective package for me. He recommended some items that I wouldn't have normally done, but because he was helpful and honest, I took his recommendation and still remained in the budget I had in my mind when I walked in. He was a total gem! You need to keep him!

My husband took my car for me. He was told there are two cars before even though he went there with the appointment. It took three hours for oil change,... he had to wait there because no shuttle service was provided.In addition, on the previous appointment we were told my car's brake pads needed to be replaced on the next appointment, but this time they said the brake pad is actually still good, that was confusing.Other dealer provides a quick car wash with the maintenance service, but you don't.

I've been taking my 2021 Nissan Titan here since I moved back from Phoenix in 2021. It's an okay place to do service. On a previous service I've asked for an alignment and the service writer talked me out of it and said let's do it on your next service.. I think it was cause he had already wrote up the work order. My tires ended up wearing badly.This last time which was a week or so ago, I go in and Martha the service writer is great. I go in for an oil change, tire rotation, and air bag recall. I get a call asking if I additionally would like to change my air intake filter, cabin filter, and service to my throttle body.. I okay all but the cabin filter.I get there to pick up the truck and pay the fees.I realized that my tires were not rotated. I go back in and tell the services writer my tires we're not rotated but I was charged. The service writer who was in a suit, skinny dude made a very theatrical face and gasp for air and said "Oh No" very sarcastically. Then the gentleman to left of him.. his right, jumped in and started to help since I had dealt with him on a previous service and we talked about our Titans and the BFGOODRICH all terrains. The manager sat on the other side of the theater dude.They explained to me that the technician is very good.. and he wouldn't do anything like this on purpose. I asked them why would he state on the Work order which is a legal contract that he in fact rotated my tires and torqued the lug nuts to spec. It was false. I further explained that it makes me question the other services I paid for, and if they were even conducted.. unfortunately.. I won't be going back to this place.. they did refund me for the tire rotation which was only like $20..But the fact is that they lied about providing a service and charged me for it.

Overall a great experience. I really appreciated our salesman Francisco. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I purchased and was very willing to explain and help with anything that I may not have understood. He was also very easy-going and easy to talk to. I also really appreciated the sales manager Hamid. He was really willing to work with us to get us the best possible deal on the vehicle. He even introduced a college graduate program to us which was awesome because we were able to get a little bit of the discount on the vehicle as well. I also really appreciate that he was very patient with me and my family. The financial officer, Paul Woo, was also very helpful and was able to explain the financials well as well as help us with insurances and overall he was able to get us in and out quickly. Overall, this experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend. I'm glad I came her smooth process.

Jeff was awesome! Professional and people-friendly. Anticipated my needs and listened to everything I said. The service team was quick and helpful, and we scheduled a service for another item that ended up being covered by warranty. Good stuff all around!

3hours for an oil change a few weeks ago. I came back 2 hours later and they had not touched my vehicle. The only reason I brought it was for the coupon they sent me. No shuttle service back to work, no courtesy vehicles. That is why we do not bring our car to Simi Nissan. Over-priced for repairs and poor service-time. Today, 5hours for a sensor recall and still not ready when I went to pick-up, the guy originally said 3 hours, now waiting past the 5th hour and had to Uber to and from work, as mentioned they do not provide any type of transportation. This is the last time I will come here.
