My friend changed from crunch, invited me up to try it because he likes the layout and I was considering changing because we hit the weights together.
The girl upfront was tonight was really rude and not helpful (wish I got her name).
I would think she would care about her job and want to generate more business from competitors. Guess I will stick with Crunch at least they make members and guests feel welcome.
Normally I would not take the time to write a review but she earned it.

I loved this gym for many reasons except the hours. I had signed up for a 24 hour gym, which they were until the pandemic...and then they did a bait and switch...the pandemic is over and pandemic hours remain. That's really messed up.
Update July '24: Something fishy is going on here. They're extending their weekday post Covid hours by one hour, until 11 pm starting AUG 1ST....but keeping the weekend hours the same, only til 8 PM pm.
They've closed down access and completely cleared the outdoor area of ALL THE EQUIPMENT... which essentially had previously doubled the gym's work out space....and they're closing the pool. All the signs point to this gym going under and its days are numbered. Don't sign any new contracts. You can tell by looking at the employees faces.

Closing at 8pm is ridiculous. Change the name to 12 hour fitness
Update: I talked to the gm (looked Filipino with earrings) here about some of my complaints, and instead of helping he stared at me like he wanted to fight me the entire time, then kicked me out, then canceled my membership today without me asking. What a great guy
I've been a member for 23 years and this is the way you treat people.

Shady gym that keeps billing you despite asking to cancel again and again. Literally happened 3 times over the last few years. I need a membership for a month or two while I stay in the US and every time I cancel they just keep billing you. Extremely incompetent.

I love this gym, for the most part, everything works and everyone is friendly. However I believe they’ve ruined the best aspect of it by using Covid as an excuse. They need to return to 24 hour normal operations. It used to be 24/7 and it was always packed! I live 1 minute away from it, please don’t tell me to check out the Woodland Hills location or any other location. It’s 24 hour fitness and closes the earliest out of every gym on the weekends. It’s just sad paying an arm and a leg for the gym to be closing so early in general.
