Don't have a location near me. So I drove all the way to this one to find the entire store closed closed for lunch at 2:40. Not the best impression

The Simi Valley store has a decent collection, though not necessarily in the size I was looking for. It is well maintained. Store person is very sweet talker and likely very helpful too. That is the extent of anything positive I will say. However, when it comes to standing behind the policy printed on his receipt and a verbal agreement , he is an absolute j**** He has little regard for customers, especially if you're Indian or Paki. He himself is likely a Pakistani or an Indian. I probably will not return to the store. He is a very arrogant dude.He gives me a song and dance and some BS about covid when all I said was I will buy and return a suit if wife did not like the color. I purchased the evening before and he was up in all kinds of angry rhetoric because I returned it next morning. I fail to understand what his issue was. Covid? Laughable.I was nice to him. I did an even exchange and walked out. But not going back. Telling everyone I know to not go there.Again this is the Simi Valley store. Stay away from it!

My name is Adrian. I have been coming to 3 day suit broker for over 5 years. This is the best place for a suit at a more than reasonable price. Karim is so kind and patient with everyone. He has an eye for style and color You will always leave feeling confident in your purchase and his tailor is fantastic very good! Whenever I'm in need of a suit I come to 3 day. Please come and check them out! You won't be disappointed!

Never there when they are open. And when someone is there the door is locked and they have about to lunch sign up. What a waste of a business!

I bought a suit and I would not recommend it based on customer service and hours if operation. If I order a suit on a Sunday and it won't be ready till Thursday should you still call yourself 3 day suit brokers? It feels like someones p/t side hustle.

Very happy with this establishment. Large store & so organized. We bought a tux, tux shirt & tie for under $250! Would go again & I highly recommend 3 Day Suit Broker in Simi Valley.

This is the only game in town when it comes to suit and accessories. So naturally the guy running the place thinks he's a god among us mortals. Truth is hes as useless as a screendoor on a submarine. I only got a suit here because I was pressed for time and I needed suit for a funeral. There is no help from the God-manager and every cut of suit is mixed in, only separated by size and even thats a crapshoot. They never restock anything and it's all filled with no-name, random crappy inventory that sits there for an eternity. Every question asked gets a one word reply, two if youre lucky. I asked how much shoes that were on display cost and he told me to check the box, oh over there where? Oh the 50 shoe boxes, across the store?? The guy running it is a total j*** who I can only surmise has no meaningful relationships in life. Hes a pompous, arrogant and miserable man. I'm never going here again and neither should you. He's may be the only game in town but I'd rather drive somewhere else and even pay a little more. Avoid at all costs, your money isn't worth it. Yelp, it's time for zero star reviews!

I needed new suits to wear at an upcoming conference so my wife and I ,We live in Simi Valley so went to the Simi Valley Headquarters of 3 Day Suit Brokers to pick out the suits. Once inside there was only one salesperson on the floor who saw us come in and did not even greet us! After 10 minute of walking around waiting for help, I had to go fetch him to get help, but he pointed in a direction and said," Look there." So we looked at the suits in that area and came back to Karim with two nice suits that I liked but, it was as if we were bothering him so he had to help grudgingly. I asked him if I could try them on so he pointed again toward the dressing room ( again no salesmanship, no help, nothing professional ) I tried them on, and told him, "I like these, but they feel a bit tight on me like if I sit they will rip. So I told him "I WANT THESE, BUT CAN I GET THEM LARGER?" He said, "My tailor will adjust them to fit you." As a professional at my own occupation, I tell you what will work and what will not. So I believed him! The Tailor measured me and marked the suits, Karim then took the suits and I paid that was about the max conversation to be had with Karim; he gave me the total and a claim ticket he said pick it up next Sunday. For me that was perfect because I was to leave Monday morning for the conference. Sunday come I pick them up already bagged and no conversation from Karim. (I agree with Derrick H. who also posted on YELP 100%.) Anyway long story short I go to try on both suits the first day of conference and they are even smaller then when I pick them off the shelf. I weigh 185lbs it was altered to fit someone 170lbs. I literally felt like if I reached my arms forward it would split it down the middle or sit down and split the pants. At this point it was too late to do anything about it; so following the conference I brought it back and told him that, "You went Down in size instead adjusting it properly. I said, "I would rather pay more for a suit that fits me perfectly but this is never going to work!" Karim, ready to fight said, "All sales are final." I said, "What are you talking about? I gave you $600.00 for two suits to fit me. THESE DONT FIT!!! His reaction, "Once they are altered its final. That is the best we can do! Here take them." I said, "SO you knew these could not be altered, that all you could do is move the buttons? and told me to leave. All sales final, and that I had no recourse. Grossly disappointed, Ron M

The first look as I drove into the parking lot ended up being a forecast of the visit. The front of the store was full of weeds and debris, looked very dumpy, and just screamed of "we don't care". On the door was a sign warning that they are understaffed due to Covid. I have never seen a sign on a front door warning to expect poor service! Inside, the only salesperson was chatting to someone, nothing to do with suits. He could have excused himself from the chat at least for a second to tell us he'd be right with us, but he just ignored us until they were done chatting. When we did get service he was not very friendly, not helpful, and unenthusiastic, the kind of demeanor that makes you not want to come back. We won't be. With the many suits they have there I may have been able to find something, but after trying on one suit I was totally through with the place. We drove into Thousand Oaks to a competitor, and the experience was 1000% better! Bought a suit, shoes, shirt, belt, ties, and had great help with every piece! You don't have to spend your money at places that don't appreciate your patronage!

I went here about 4 years ago for the first time to buy 2 dress shirts for interviews and at the time I was working construction at the time so I didn't look the best with just a t shirt and some jeans. So you can imagine I didn't have a great first experience at this location with a guy kind throwing shirts at me that he thought would fit. Then that guy got offended when I asked to try in on and ran to the back to grab a shirt for me to try on. I tried to ask questions and didn't really get very much back. I ended up getting my shirts and leaving eith a bad taste in my mouth not wanting to go back. I held true to that desire not to return until my mother passed away rather suddenly leaving me needing new shirt and potentially a whole new suit. I figured it's right down the street and maybe they'll treat me better this time. When I got there I tried the door and it was locked and I looked in the window and see sorry we are out to lunch which I though oh okay kind of weird hour but alright . Then I noticed someone walking up to the door pointing at the other door. Confused I tried that door which obviously made the gentleman inside upset because then quickly walked up to the Dorr and shuck the sign at me. Neeess to say it seems like they have maintained there attitude throughout the years. I wouldn't recommend this place to new or experienced customers unless you look like you have money or are willing to put up with the attitude for a deal. For me I'm not anymore I make decent money I take myself to a place that treats everyone equally.

Great customer service! The owner is always super helpful and honest. They tailor does an amazing job and always delivers on time. My husband and I stopped by today and bought 6 suits, and have bought many through the years. My husband will only go to buy his suits here because of the customer service, and how fast his suits can get tailored. Even with the prom shoppers today, they were still super helpful and prompt with us.
