I was highly disappointed when I stop by this 7 Eleven this morning. I wanted to take advantage of the July 11 slurpee deal so I was excited. I know they would be busy so I figured if I come in the morning, I would beat the rush. I found parking easily since not a lot of people were there. There was a homeless person in the front but they didn't bother me. When I went inside, I saw a sign on the slurpee machine that says to talk to the cashier. So I went to him and he said they will start the deal at 11am until 8pm. I was disappointed but since I already came, I just got some funyun chips because they didn't have much out. I went to another 7 eleven and they honor the day deal. Like 7 eleven is supposed to be open all day so I don't buy the slurpee machine isn't ready if thats what they are going to say.

I was not aware that all 7-11 were closed at 2:am though I walked in before 2:am. The man working the register was very rude and gave me alot of attitude telling me that I have to leave because I'm messing up his cleaning when he let me in the store. I then began to explain how I do not work for 7-11 and though a frequent many, I have never been told that I could not buy something in the area of the store where he had cleaned, even though I was let inI think I'm going to have to file a complaint because he has been rude before and I let it slide. I then point out he was being very rude and then he nervously said "ok this one time, you can buy but hurry up."

Don't sell lottery scratcher tickets if you cannot afford to pay out, and this is not the first time this has occurred at this location. Supposedly the Manager is not there, waste of my time.

I never add reviews or post anything about my experiences but I'm just putting this so hopefully it's seen, long story short the customer service has gotten awful during the afternoon and night at this place the 7/11 at Cochrane and sycamore it's all cause of this one cashier he wears glasses middle aged, I was buying 3 slurpees and some snacks I was on the phone grabbed the slurpees from the drink trays picked them up and trusted that he placed the slurpees in the cup holders snuggled in firmly but I guess he doesn't care about doing his job right cause when I went to open the door they all fell down spilled all over the floor and it happened inside the store 7/11 (so cause a previous experience from a different also rude 7/11 cashier and different 7/11 told me if it happens inside the store they can replace but not if it happens outside and it was a drink that exploded at that time and it exploded just barely stepping out of 7/11) and this time I was technically inside the store so I asked if I could get them refilled he said - "no I have to pay for new ones and to clean up that mess too", well I'm thinking should I tell him - I'm sorry you have to do your job and clean this up because you didn't even bother to place the slurpees in right in the first place but I didn't I felt bad cause he probably has a hard time of not getting to be lazy and I picked up the cups threw them away and after I threw them out I was trying to tell him I threw them away but he kept acting like I wasn't there and he finally told me ok with an upset demeanor after a few minutes of me waiting for his response cause I didn't want to be that guy, and plus I don't have a mop with me nor would I know where they place them at 7/11 to use cause I don't work there!!!!P.s. if it's true if I could have gotten them refilled then did I just get robbed by a 7/11 cashier (and isn't stealing considered a criminal offense he also secretly charged me for a water cup at a different time when I was buying snacks and told him isn't water free he said cups are not and i told him before i got the water i asked if its free and he said yes and then he lies, this cashier is a thief) he wants to bend the rules cause he doesn't like me cause I was a part of an accident that he didn't like and he technically caused and what happened to the customer service I mean I've never seen an employee at a convenient store yell at a customer- to clean up that mess.

The owner is great, but the new employee doesn't honor in app discounts or the free small slurpees from 6/28-7/11 even though it is posted in huge letters on the front door.

711 is supposed to be open 24/7... I came at 2 am to grab snacks and the employee locked the door and didn't let us in and we asked "why", he replied with " it's 2 am" tf.

Good evening, I wanted to put in a few words of how great of service I received today at the 7-11 store. The clerk "Korrina " was such a great help at 5:18 helping me with breaking a $1 bill for 4 quarters to catch the bus to my AA meeting that I go to daily. No questions asked or refusing to help me. She actually was happy for me that I was going to a meeting. She also asked me when I came to the store in the evening to get a slurpee and she asked me how my meeting was witch was AWESOME and she also is a wonderful and great person with great customer service and she has a great personality and funny. Thank you very much for everything!!!! God bless you....

Every time i go there........their coffee is always horribly cold and yucky tasting ?...and the 7-11 clerk behind the counter always has this very depressing miserable attitude..... like he is ready to put a gun to his head

Just bought lottery tickets . I picked out a total of $40 dollars worth . I gave the cashier $10 cash and used my debit for the remaining $30. I Just got home and looked at my receipt. He charged my debit card $40 still and took my $10 . He just totally ripped me off. I will never go back to this 7 eleven. I will stick to Sycamore and Cochran 7 eleven with Oscar or Royal and sycamore these two are the best in Simi, both with friendliness and customer service as well . All I can say is that this 7 eleven cashier must need the money more then I do.
