These folks did an A/C compressor for me at a very fair price and inspected the vehicle while it was there. No hard sell, just facts. I subsequently also had a new wheel bearing installed, a valve cover gasket, a heater hose that was ready to blow, spark plugs, and an ignition coil rack. Excellent job and went thru all the removed defective parts with me. I trust this shop implicitly. No price gouging, communicative, and above all, honest. 91,000 miles, 2012 Chevy Cruze. My new "go to" repair shop for all things automotive. (former mechanic)

Honest mechanic! I brought my truck in because I thought it had issues with the AC but I could not replicate the problem so they didn't even charge me for the inspection. I would highly recommend to go here if you don't want to get overcharged.

It is difficult to put into words just how Affordable Auto came through for us. My partner and I were 1000 miles from home when our check engine light came on and were soon after besieged by a misfiring engine. It was coming up on New Year's and we had to get home. Dealerships and other shops told us were were out of luck and they couldn't get to it until mid-January. When I called Affordable Auto, I told the young lady answering the phone (Cassie) our situation and that we were basically desperate, and five minutes later she called me back and told me they could get us in. They put aside their other jobs to make us a priority. It turns out that rats had nested in our engine block and eaten through a great deal of wiring. Rather than upselling us like a dealership would, they fixed the problem that was there. The price was surprisingly low considering the time and labor that went into the repair. When we left for home and the check engine light briefly flashed on again, they even came back to the shop after closing hours to make sure we were OK with no additional charge. He (CJ) even asked us to update him on our trip home to know we were OK. We cannot speak highly enough of the service or the concern for our situation. I have been going to Scotty for 15 years. I can't tell you how many times I have braced myself for a huge estimate only to have it come in hundreds of dollars less than expected. One time it was even free because the part was under warranty. I don't know cars. A dishonest mechanic could pretty easily take me. Scotty and the whole Affordable crew are the best!Service: Auto maintenance

I took my classic 69 mustang convertible in for new motor mounts. Both JC and Cassie were very friendly and helpful. JC did very good work and the price was very fair. It was completed within the estimated price and time. I was very happy with these folks.

I had been talking my car to the dealer for services prior to coming here and was getting charged like crazy. Affordable auto repair was fair in their pricing and fixed my AC which had been blowing hot air (through two trips to the dealer). Definitely plan on being a repeat customer
