Appreciate the team at this store. Me and my wife urgently needed a nail out of our tire, and unfortunately we didn’t make an appointment. Joseph our sales rep assisted us, and told us that they were very busy but they could squeeze us in. We appreciated that he told us it was going to be free, and we just had to wait a little bit, so we did. As a gesture to say thank you for squeezing us in, and giving us a free puncture repair, we treated Joseph and the team to some donuts!! Thank you again, and if your puncture is free, please buy the team some donuts! They would love it and would make the working in the hot sun worth it!!

I've purchased a few sets of tires through Tyler and each time has been super easy. They're quick and they don't damage your wheels. The shop is clean and all the employees are very nice. Definitely recommend them!

They lied and said they couldn't repair my tire with a nail in it and then tried to sell me a new tire for double the price. I went to American tires nearby and they repaired the tire for free. Don't bring your car here for anything. Mechanics and management are dishonest

I'm always in and out using the app for appointments, which saves time. I have been purchasing my tires and balancing and rotating them here for years. Tire rotation and balancing is part of the warranty.

Gus,
the man in charge was caught by his own
employees,who know me,calling me an old
"douchebag". I would also like to point out
that ! asked to keep two of the four tires,!
had to go back for them,but I was charged a
disposal fee for all four. I also asked for
balance beads instead of sticky weights
didn't get them. Also had two bad sensors
according to the service tech,l never was
notified,informing me about that,also had to
go to another shop to get an alignment
done which was never offered to me
because Gus made the whole experience at
America's Tire,so uncomfortable. I also had
to go buy a tool for them to even complete
my job the day after I dropped it off! This is
the most unprofessional person I have ever
had to deal with as far as customer service
goes ! Would rate him the worst!
