I cannot say enough about how incredible Erika was throughout our entire home buying journey. Unlike many loan officers or agents who focus on just one part of the process, Erika was deeply involved in every step from beginning to end—and her dedication made all the difference.
From our first conversation, she was warm, attentive, and deeply committed to understanding my unique situation. She gathered all the necessary information effortlessly, then walked me through realistic options based on my financial picture—opening my eyes to possibilities I hadn’t even considered.
What truly sets Erika apart is that she went above and beyond the typical loan officer and real estate agent role. She helped us search for listings, mapped out viewing routes to maximize our time, contacted agents, and ensured we could view homes efficiently. Over four days, we saw about 26 homes, and Erika was by our side for every one. She listened to our likes and dislikes, refined her recommendations accordingly, and never lost energy or enthusiasm.

From day 1 shadi has been in our corner. We bought our home 1 1/2 years ago when interest rates were at a crazy high. He made the experience so easy. Shadi answered all of our questions, calmed our concerns and walked us through every step. All the while assuring us we could refinance when rates came down. Shadi kept in contact with us and when the time was right, we chose Shadi again. We were not disappointed. Shadi is smart and so knowledgeable about what he does and he continues to impress us. Brian Hoffart orchestrated my home purchase last year and my refinance this year. In both transactions he made me feel like I was his most important client, stayed in touch constantly, was able to explain complexities in a simple manner, and was so supportive along the way that he felt like a friend. Through out my diligence process of selecting the right lender I was introduced to Chek via a mutual connection. In conversation with that mutual connection I learned that he and Chek had partnered on multiple transactions and I was impressed with what I heard.
In all conversations with Chek, what I appreciated the most was his attention to details and preference to lead with transparency. Being a first time home buyer is a scary process because there is soo much unknown. Chek was a huge asset helping me to understand everything.

John at every turn was able to talk us through options and clarify info and out gun our now previous lender with better numbers. The other lender tried some smoke and mirrors numbers games, but they did not match what John captured for us.
We ended up doing a debt consolidation loan. We now own our future home sight outright. We payed our HELOC off, credit card debt gone, and last but not least, the wheelchair lift bus for our Special Needs Kiddo paid off too. All of that taken care of with a substantial drop in monthly payment. We also saw money refunded by the the previous lender and on closing costs . Some of the payments did take a bit to get out and get worked through with the different companies, but it has all come together. Just needed a bit of patience. Worked out great.

Felix was nothing short of Amazing, He was not even our Lender but was trying to Help someone Purchase our house. We have never been through this process before and even though we were with another Company already he looked through our paper work to make sure we were being Taking care of and not taken advantage of. We tried to send him a Gift Card but he refused it. He is an Amazing guy and someone I will contact if I ever have any issues heck even to see how he is doing. Amazing 10/5
